As a German woman dating a Korean man for 4 years and now being married to each other I can say that the cultural differences are no problem at all as the two culturs are not that different. :) both well developed countries with similar histories. The only problems we ever had was of misunderstanding meanings behind things or words, which is natural when you both speak in your second language (English) but on the background of your native language

Well Korea and Germany have 69 years friendship and in Korea does even a German village called 독일 마을 (dogil maeul) exist and in this village do just Korean-German couples live. No one else, because back in the days did both countries help each other out and even in the wars. People from Korea and Germany started dating each other, while helping the other country (nurses, miner, etc...). So then did Korea say after the time came by, let's not seperate the couples and give Germany something back and made an honor with it. I could tell more, but that would be to long. Most Koreans and even Germans don't know that, because schools don't talk about it, but gladly does Google/Naver exist and you can read it there. @@fvm8906 Yeah, that's normal that you fall in love with someone. But it's so underrated, that Germans and Koreans have a great bond. I always hear about other countries and less Germany
I am german and was dating many koreans(usually just talking) in Seoul. Actually it was pretty easy to find koreans and most could speak english or some even german. When it gets more serious, the culture difference can be a problem, but also the language and not to forget the gender difference kkk. But I got married to korean and its a really good relationship. I think its important to have one language both can speak well. Good luck for your dates!
Most of them say there are problems with the language. I don't know what it looks like in Korea but I've studied English for over 10 years. And surely the people of Korea can speak English or not?
Using some of my knowledge learnt from Intercultural Studies in my college, I can understand what the Korean guys' feel when it comes to Germans. The ways Koreans and Germans communicate are different. Korea uses high-context culture (where general messages are given) while Germany uses low-context culture (where detailed messages are given). Therefore, Koreans and Germans may have a hard time together. For me personally, I would feel unnerved when it comes to dating someone from a "straight-forward" culture. But anyways, I really enjoyed your street interview videos. Looking forward for more videos like this. Love from Thailand
I come from Germany and can well understand what you mean. But already within Germany there are huge differences between high- and low-context language. For example, I come from the Rhineland. Here you communicate a lot of vocal singsong, eye expression, body language and metaphors. It is very difficult for me to communicate with someone from the far north. People there are rather closed, cool and introverted. To be honest, it is not so easy to divide the countries in Europe strictly into high- and low-context language. The distances between the countries are comparatively small (Cologne is closer to Paris than to Berlin) and the number of migrants is high (over 1/4 in Germany). As a result, cultures mix and people often change their behavior to suit the other person, so that they are on as much of the same wavelength as possible. For some it works better, for some worse 😉
That ppl still think Germany is all about sausages and beer is so funny 😂 It isn’t like that at all here... of course we have traditional stuff too but that’s mostly in the south.

AKY_Dina Native americans were from korea a long time ago. Originally korean’s land consisted of Manzu with Korean Peninsula. But after being defeated in war with china, many korean people moved to America. And remaining korean people are living in Korean Peninsula although they had lost Manzu.
There are so many theories out there, dont get me wrong I love learning about it. Our tribe has emergence stories in our oral history. I met an elderly Asian man a few years back and he called me daughter. I was puzzled then he said we come from the same land. He gave me a hug and left. I do not know where he came from or who he was. After that my interest in our cultures began.
AKY_Dina After Spain had conquested Mexico, they recorded native’s language, culture. And they are the same with Korean language and culture. It is amazing.

That ppl still think Germany is all about sausages and beer is so funny 😂
It isn’t like that at all here... of course we have traditional stuff too but that’s mostly in the south.
that gives me hope going to south korea next year lol

I am from germany and like Korea in general a lot. At which age do you think it is ideal to travel to Korea?
You should know that question by now. That question is quite pretty straightforward or some type of idea.
Overall Korea is a pretty safe country however, you should be an adult coz booking hotels and stuff you need to show your identity.
You should ask them what they think about Latinas again. 😂 sorry, love your videos!!💗
lol...well I will try. 😊😊😊
0:41 " Sausage " - Girl sooooooo cuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuteeeeeeeeeeeee.

U're are Great and Beautiful like all the other on this planet😋👍💋

And I am 2nd I think I am too free and desperate.😓btw I am 2nd, 2nd time
😍😍😍...."I am 2nd 2nd time" lol
