@@square using item variations does not track inventory properly and makes everything beyond complicated for front line staff AND management. Please get the "item as a modifier" feature available as soon as possible. Should have been one of your first features.

@@square To be clear we need to be able to use an item AS a modifier. So if I sell an item, we need to able to use a different item as the modifier. That way inventory can be tracked easily for modifiers.

I’m not sure if yours will look exactly like mine, but if you click the 3 dashes in the top left and then select devices it’s under the points of sale section
Can someone from your team contact me directly, possibly through a local sales rep or a video call? A detailed video tutorial would also be helpful. I need a clearer, more direct form of assistance. The help sections are disorganized, and the community forum is outdated/impossible to sort by most recent, making it difficult to find relevant information. The content on item library, menus, and modifiers is confusing, etc. Do I NEED restaurant POS hardware, app, etc or can I continue to use Square POS. Plus many more questions. Thanks.

You need to allow using items as a modifier so inventory can be tracked and updated automatically for modifiers.

Mine looks nothing like this I don't see the floor plan option anywhere I've been looking atleast 3 hours.
