I can’t imagine anything more heart wrenching than starting out your vacation as a whole, happy family, then being forced to fly back home without one of your children, without even knowing wether they’re dead or alive.

@@bthomson My mother told me of a man she knew who told her he didn't dare take a drink because he couldn't stop til the bottle was dry and he wanted more. That was a real addiction.

Something kinda similar happened to me, as a kid and it somewhat kinda bothers me to this day. Maybe around 95 or 1996, me and my mom were at either WinnDixie or Publix and this little girl, around my age of 9 or 10-ish came up to me and asked if she could go home with me. Now she did looked familiar to me. Either familiar at the time or after the fact as I look back on my life. Either before or after or around the same time, there was this girl in my Elementary class. She told me and my friend that her Dad had (Intentionally? Not too sure. This was eons ago) burned her with scalding coffee. She was injured and wrapped from her lower body. She told us this, so me and the other girl decided that we had to tell the teacher. And we did. A few minutes later she was called to the office and we never saw her again. But as she was collecting her things to leave to told us "Thanks, for telling on me guys."
O.K. So that little girl. I'd bet everything I have that it was the same girl. But I am wondering why she didn't bring up that we knew each other from school. So that makes me curious was it the same girl? or not.
Anyways, I told my mom and she wasn't having any of it. As we were leaving the store she was too, exactly same time. And I looked back at her and she looked back at me too. And gave me the most heart breaking look.
I still wonder what all that was about. I even tried to remember names and look ppl up.

Her poor family must feel like they're going insane not knowing for sure what happened to Amy, then to be conned out of all that money and worse still led to believe they would get their daughter back.....that's cruel beyond words.
It's awful how many scamming bastards there are out there. I also assume that most of the "sightings" of Amy are just individuals making up stories for one reasons or another. There are a lot of attention seeking idiots out there, too.
I like to believe that most people are essentially good people, but stories like this really make me wonder...
I don't think I would be able to ever go to sleep had something like this happened to a family member. So sad.

If my daughter (I have 2 girls) just disappeared I think I would go insane thinking about all the horrible things that could be happening to her.

@@loulabelle5082 the woman who said she saw a young lady in the bathroom actually agreed to an interview w a tabloid, after she had given the info to the proper authorities. It might've been Inside Edition or similar show, but I saw it on TH-cam and the woman seemed like a sane normal person who believed she witnessed a young lady in distress.
The fact she was hesitant about the cruise says to me she isn’t a spontaneous person. I doubt she was lured into a questionable situation. It think she was harmed while on the ship. Thank you Dr Grande.
I disagree. I think the band member, Alastair Douglas, who expressed his regret to her brother, the morning of her disappearance, before it had even been announced, was so suspect. The photographs were used to offer her for sex trafficking. Then there is that picture of her or her identical twin on that adult web site offering sex cruises in the Caribbean. She was seen by David Carmichael, a military officer in a brothel, and the woman from Ohio, in the bathroom. There are too many sightings. Her father and brother also heard her yell from a passing vehicle. There’s so much money in sex trafficking. Conversely, there just aren’t any reasonable suspects who would harm her on a ship! Murders almost never happen on cruise ships. The offender can’t escape.
@@anitakinnear6735 This makes a much more exciting story with a lot more to the plot. However, it is not very plausible. It is a lot of work to kidnap and keep someone against their will, sadly there are plenty of willing participants to choose from in that part of the world without having to kidnap foreign citizens and invite unwanted police attention.
@@Iron4TrollPatrol I was going to say something similar, that sex traffickers lure already vulnerable people, they don't abduct well off white women. It brings too much heat, when there's much easier targets to traffic
@@nicoledoubleyou traffickers get a lot of of money for good-looking white women especially when they're young and athletic like Amy. They use them for more than just trafficking, they also use them as breeders. It's a sick world out there!

Yes that may be true about good looking white women but you can find vulnerable good looking white women on the streets, addicts, etc. Not all s3x-workers and addicts look like crap, many of them are good looking white women and they're much easier targets
I read about this case years and years ago. Its one of the saddest unsolved cases… especially given the online picture years later of someone that looked very similar to her. My thoughts are with her family.
I went to the Bahamas with friends from high school 20 yrs ago. When we arrived my friend's girlfriend was going to go ALONE to a small bar to get a drink and food (she didn't have a lot of common sense). I decided to go with her so she wouldn't be alone. Her boyfriend was passed out drunk and everyone else was exhausted and didn't want to go anywhere. We get to this little bar and they only accepted cash, this girl was about to accept drinks given to her by strangers. Then she was about to hop in a car with a stranger who was going to give her a ride to an ATM. Another man was trying to lead us down a dark alley to the ATM that was "up ahead and around the corner". I finally put my foot down and said we were going back to the hotel. There was an older American man at the bar who told us that it wasn't safe for American women to go out alone at night in the area we were in. To this day I still think about what could have happened to her if I didn't go with her.
That whole story just screams * you're the hero*.
I'd be inclined to 100% believe the theory that she accidentally fell overboard if it wasn't for the fact that her official cruise pictures mysteriously went missing and remained unaccounted for. If they were taken for public circulation, *surely* the authorities and her family would've been told about it.
There could be any number of reasons-maybe her & her family annoyed some of the crew with a perceived snotty attitude & one or more of them removed/destroyed them for revenge. Maybe somebody else got them by accident with their own photos & chucked them overboard. There must have been more attractive women onboard who would have been more to the tastes of lusty crew members & sex traffickers.
Again, I really have always struggled to see why such a plain woman was according to her family getting so much male attention & was the lone attention of white slave traders. Aside from a crew member raping a 15 year old in 2010 this ship has been in operation for 25 years now without anybody else going missing from it or being assaulted.
Quite a number of people have gone missing from cruise ships over the decades-people tend to point toward white sex slaver traders, but the reality is a large number of those are male or elderly women-who are of zero value to such groups.

Also, the fact that at the time she would have fallen overboard, they were pulling into the dock. Her body would have been found around the port area. They weren’t out at sea in the middle of nowhere. Yellow, and likely a few other connections on the ship (staff members who tried to get Amy off the ship to go drinking) were involved in selling her.
Her family said is was impossible that she fell overboard. They said she refused to even go near the railing of the ship to look out. Also she was an exceptionally strong swimmer as a lifeguard and athlete. No way.
The photos online of her were verified to 100% be her based on specific ear features, nose shape, etc.
Yeah, this is one video where I disagree with Dr. Grande's analysis, just because I think he has a Pollyanna view of human trafficking. Yeah, sure, pimps mostly target girls and women who are homeless or druggies, or otherwise vulnerable... but there's also just your average and maybe slightly more gullible middle-class girls and women that can get lured into this by so-called "Romeo pimps," and these men are very adept at masquerading as the woman's friend or a guy who takes them out on a date, but who soon turns out to be a trafficker. I learned of this happening with criminal biker gangs such as the Warlocks, that included in their criminal activities a big money maker for them back in the day was the prostitution of "their women," so to speak... the women were coaxed into it and flattered to be in the gang but then it would turn into a nightmare. So yes, all I am saying is these more middle-class women can absolutely get unexpectedly roped into such schemes, especially if the traffickers were looking for something different than the girls on the island, who were probably a bit more street smart and not as susceptible to falling into the local sex tourism scene. I believe the Caribbean area in general is known for its laissez-faire attitudes and the local authorities largely look the other way (or the thugs just buy off the cops). The girls who are trafficked are probably moved from island to island around the Caribbean which would make it harder to have them be recognized as they're never in the same place for too long, and why Amy was sighted outside Curaçao. They sell sex to tourists and drunk guys just looking for a good time who would most likely not know they are having sex with a kidnapped woman. And do you think even if they suspected this was what was going on, that they'd go running to the police and put themselves under that type of scrutiny, especially if they had a reputation back home to maintain? I kind of doubt it. So that throws the whole argument out the window that they would never kidnap someone like Amy just cause she was from a caring family who was financially stable. They can and do take a woman they view as easy to lure, isolate and whisk away to their world. And I'll bet that once Amy was taken onshore (probably by the guys pretending they wanted to show her the sights), she must have realized something was amiss... I can only imagine her terror as it dawned on her, sleep-deprived in the early morning, that she was actually being subdued (probably at knifepoint or with a gun), and was totally under their control and could not just get away at that point. Was most likely told if she tried to scream or get away from them in public that they'd kill her. They were probably used to doing this and had an entire operation in these different hotspots in the Caribbean where sex tourism thrives and they move the girls around so as to minimize chances of them being seen too much at any one place, and also (this is just my theory), it would make the girls tired having to be on the move for much of the year, being made to have sex constantly, and when you're exhausted it's well known you are less likely to fight back and you just comply in exchange for decent treatment, food, a bed. Maybe they even used drugs to make Amy and the other trafficked women dependent on them and also less likely to resist orders. I think it's definitely possible this all occurred. What's sad to me is that Amy would now be nearing 50 and I'm thinking they already killed her once they realized she was no longer "marketable" to them. It's really sad but unfortunately it is likely she's deceased.
I took that very cruise but at a different time, years later. I warned my children about walking down hallways as I’ve heard people go missing this way. I bet way more sinister stuff happens on those boats than we ever hear of from the media. Sending prayers for the family and her friends
Not really-unfortunately the ships do hire people with criminal records & there are sexual assaults/rapes, thefts etc which do get reported. But aside from that your biggest worries on a cruise ship are stomach bug outbreaks/quarantine & being stuck with a bunch of people you don't care for in a fairly small space with no escape. The number of people who fall overboard or kill themselves by jumping over is very small.

Cruises have so many horror stories that they carry insurance for scary, unusual mishaps like all the people who "fall" over the balconies. The case of the guy who had a struggle in his room and there was blood smeared all the way down the side from his balcony that was painted over within hours. Or the woman who fell overboard in front of many people and the ship kept going. Like a floating hotel from hell.
All missing cases are creepy, especially ones where there are no leads and no bodies have been found.

She told her father she wanted to sleep on the balcony of the cabin in order to get fresh air, since her stomach was bothering her, possibly due to the movement of the ship. She most likely fell overboard after leaning too far over the railing in order to vomit. She had been partying. Possibly slightly drunk, or high from pot. If in fact her cigarettes were not found, she may have been holding the pack in her hand, or had it in her pocket. If she left the cabin she would have put on her shoes and not gone barefoot on the ship. The photo of that woman in the escort add, resembles her, but the nose is slightly concaved and upturned. Amy had a straight and slightly forward nose. The woman in the photo is also more developed than Amy.

She was last seen with the bass player on the top deck around 6am, right as the ship was docking in Curacao, thereby ruling out the "fallen overboard" theory. Moreover, there are numerous eyewitness accounts of a woman matching her exact description, tattoos and all, in the company of male handlers, in some cases even telling people, "My name is Amy Bradley from Virginia and I need help." And her picture was found on an escort site operating out of the Caribbean. This mountain of evidence, plus her cruise pictures mysteriously going missing, the waiter asking to take her to a bar in Aruba and the bass player apologizing to her brother about her disappearance before it was made public, make it crystal clear what happened here. Those who deny foul play are either uninformed or willfully ignorant.
How does this rule out the "fallen overboard" theory? She could have gotten sucked into the ship's propellers and mangled into little pieces. The ocean is huge; it makes since they haven't found her body parts. Also, why would human traffickers abduct a middle-class average-looking white American woman, when there are plenty of women from poor countries to abduct?
I think the most likely scenario is that she was sleepy, drunk, and fell overboard.

White women are in high demand in the sex trafficking industry, and they can easily be abducted from cruise ships due to the absence of law enforcement and high-level corruption. Nice try.

100% agree. Sadly shes been trafficked. Cops are definitely in on it. Pretty sure they take bribes from criminals to not look for the missing women. Outside of the resorts, you cant get anything done in Aruba w/o a bribe
Going on a cruise, they are dangerous in so many ways!
If a crime is committed, the investigators will be from the country of origin of the boat.
If illness breaks out, your chances are high for getting it, too. People are packed like sardines.
If the boat has mechanical/electrical/hygiene issues, you are stuck in the ocean. Forget engines/light/toilets until you dock again.

Having taken cruises, and have friends in the business, most bizarre to me is her disappearance from the ship photo gallery. Whether crew or franchised out, the photographers would be
under strict ship management. She was being stalked my someone....on the ship.

He was just a steward, but had new cars each year & lived lavishly. On his retirement voyage, he insisted my grandma invite them over for drinks: "We'll never see him again". She laughed, but sure enough he 'disappeared' at sea. Obviously a smuggler, and today that includes people. Just saying...

Crime on cruise ships always seems extra mysterious... I guess it's due to the lack of understanding about the real mechanics behind what are essentially floating city-states with unclear jurisdiction.
For Amy Lynn Bradley, the photo evidence from the adult site is either a smoking gun or one of the spookiest coincidences possible because it's pretty convincing. Similar to other cruise ship disappearances, I do feel like if the company allowed an open and detailed investigation immediately we would have answers

Agree with falling overboard. Her father saw her on the balcony around 4-5 am smoking. He fell back to sleep and was awakened by a sudden noise in the very early morning hours. Amy was probably trying to catch a breeze and perhaps tried to hoist herself on the balcony edge. Alcohol plays a huge role, agreed, to cruise ship deaths.

And don't like 200 people on average disappear from cruise ships......alcohol seems to lead to quite a lot of people going over railings. And this isn't the movies, blink and you miss the entire fall, and as far down as the water is, there's no way to hear a splash, her father probably awoke to her scream as she slipped off the edge. 😔
I've loosely followed this case since I first heard about it in the early 2000s. Spent some hours reading into all the theories. I feel that all in all this was an accidental death by falling overboard. The cruise really mishandled it. When she was reported missing they brushed it off as she might have dozed of somewhere in the ship. It wasn't until they were docked and people were able to get off they made a formal "looking for" announcement.

I'm very surprised that Dr. Grande chose accidental death as his first theory. I feel like he made a very compelling case for kidnapping and white slavery.
1. The missing photographs. How crazy is that?
2. The numerous sightings, especially the one who saw the tattoos along with the other person who heard her sing a song no one else would know. Also, her parents seemed convinced that the photos are her.
3. Yes, she was out in public; but there have been other situations where people under the psychological spell of another, can be out in public and not escape. Most human trafficking victims have physical opportunities to escape but are too fearful to do so.
4. The "Yellow" guy was probably involved, especially since he knew about the disappearance before it had been made public. And she was seen with him.
1. Not especially-things go missing, quite possibly the family annoyed a crew member or members with a bad attitude & they took them & chucked them overboard etc as revenge.
2. The sightings-all of which came after mass publicity & a reward was on offer. Don''t forget the scumbag who conned them had personal information 'he couldn't have known' this is how conmen work-you feed them information & then they feed it back to you. Consider that there had been multiple articles written about Amy & television shows/segments, along with missing posters that no doubt mentioned various facts/anecdotes from the family.
3. However, it is clear this was not Stockholm Syndrome, but somebody who wished to escape. Clearly if she was being walked around on a beach etc then she had ample opportunity to draw attention to herself & escape her plight-they had no hold over her as in making threats about harming a child she didn't have or her family who were safe. Therefore in all likelihood these are made up stories to claim the reward, or people trying to help the family by turning something innocuous into something major-is not the beach story more likely the two guys made a sexual comment about the woman's ass etc, the woman heard them & was pissed & then told the guys with her who gave them a look/told them to get lost before they got their lights punched out? What would Amy have to lose at that point? She had already if you believe the abduction theory at that point been kidnapped, beaten, raped & forced to prostitute herself for months on end.
4. I think it highly probable that many people on the ship were at that point were aware of her disappearance. We all know how things like that spread around once people know about it-if they were looking for her then the staff would be saying her name/description & asking people if they had seen her. Most of this is the family retrofitting events to suit their narrative-they were found guilty of lying, fraud & committing perjury by a judge in their claim against the liner in 2000 & had to pay damages-when they failed to disclose many sightings of her walking around happily. Now, I doubt any of these were her just like the ones reported from 1998-2005, but it shows they were only interested in the ones that depicted her as some sex slave hostage.
@@daveborder7751 1. That's not a plausible theory. There is no value in the pictures except as a visual aid in some sort of crime involving the missing person. And I don't believe in those kinds of coincidences. Even less plausible is your theory that staff threw her overboard because of something her family did. What could they have possibly done that was so bad to cause staff to commit murder? Again, it just doesn't make sense.
2.I'm not aware of any award; there was none mentioned in the video. Even if there were, that wouldn't necessarily account for all of the sightings. For instance, the cook said she was singing a lullaby, whose existence (afaik) was not released to the public. Also, the family is convinced that the photos sent to them are authentic. They would know better than anyone else. And you have the former naval officer who . admitted to being in a brothel. This was many years after the alleged sighting. Why come forward after all these years? It implicates him in an illegal act.
Your responses to #3 and #4 are not really arguments that I need to address.

2. Yes, there was a reward offered & then suddenly all these people reported having seen her-not a coincidence. The lullaby was what the conman who scammed the family out of money told them-obviously he had extracted it from them & then fed it back to them. There were articles & television segments/shows-so it would be very easy to write down a fact or two from that & then tell the family-this is how con artists operate. Pretty much every family believes it is them in a photo-because they desperately want to believe their loved one is still alive-they cannot be impartial. How would you go about prosecuting somebody for something you have no proof of? Even if the brothel is illegal in that part of the world you would have to find the prostitute he paid & get her to testify, which is about as likely as aliens landing on the White House lawn.

The guy in the brothel had nothing to do with getting prosecuted. It was just a stain on his reputation. That was my point. It probably wasn’t even illegal where they were.

I have zero idea what coffee vision cool is or means. The point was there could be any number of reasons why her photos were missing, far more rational reasons than a bunch of international slave traders deciding to kidnap some 3/10 random, white woman that will be missed & trigger FBI etc involvement from a cruise shop & force her into prostitution.
What reputation? I doubt there are many people who don't think the armed forces personnel like to drink, party & shag. If you are onboard a ship with a bunch of other guys all the time it would be a bit odd if you weren't looking to get laid when you disembarked.

Cruise ships are so unappealing to me. I'm not a fan of being around crowds, and I don't like deep water. There are sketchy things going on, and I just don't like the idea.

She fell off the ship. She was drunk and it was VERY late. She was into photography. She probably wanted a smoke while watching the sunrise. This accounts for the balcony door being a little bit ajar. She went back inside to get her smokes. She balanced on the railing to tip her ashes off the balcony and still being drunk slipped and fell. Her family missed her while the ship was still at sea.
Alcohol causes a lapse in judgment; put that together with lack of sleep & exhaustion, falling overboard makes sense as well as being conned into an undesirable situation. Thanks Doc.
So many young people who first experience freedom and alcohol together overdo it so totally that I'm not altogether surprised that tragic outcomes happen! Maybe families should teach their children about moderation?

When her father checked on her, she, her cigarettes, and lighter were missing, yet her sandals were still in her room. She likely went for a smoke on the balcony, and still typsy from her earlier drinking, fell overboard.

This is the best analysis I’ve ever heard on Amy’s disappearance. I’ve listened to every video on TH-cam. Dr. Grande, I really never thought of her falling overboard as an option on what might have happened. But it makes total sense. I believe you could be right.

With her photographs taken down from the display, thinking someone on ship was paid a lot to identify persons deemed marketable to human traffickers.
I agree with you, it is completely likely this is what has happened. I am unhappy yet not shocked how many post it took to find this one. I love Dr Grande, however I beleive most people as well as Dr Grande do not know much about the human trafficking market. The statements he makes to discount this possibility are typical of old school thinking. That is not what is accurate now nor has been for several years. Working or volunteering within a agency who is involved with hendering Human Trafficking would be helpful to all.
The thing is, Amy was with her family. She was sure to be missed right away, and that is a huge gamble for a criminal.

I’ve been to Carlos’ and Charlie’s in Aruba. It’s a conspicuous touristy bar/restaurant in a busy area. The island is quite small and there really aren’t that many places to go. In other words, it doesn’t mean much.
I’ve been too. There isn’t a lot else around the area aside from minimal shopping locations. . It’s actually now a Senor Frogs, which is what they’ve rebranded the majority of Carlos and Charlie’s to.
This case, the Disney Cruise case (Rebecca Coriam), just adds to my list of reasons why I'd never want to be on a Cruise...everyone always comes back with the stomach flu, it's a floating Motel, and you can't leave except when the tell you...I'm biased because I can't swim, but I'm also biased because I like to plan my own vacation, but that's just me...
No idea either-you run the risk of piracy, picking up all kinds of horrible stomach bugs/Legionnaires etc, being quarantined, being sunk & in the water, the crews on these things are often criminals with convictions etc.

I don’t know, but I wonder if it has something to do with being afraid. I’m sort of afraid of heights. When I’m up high and on an edge, I get dizzy and feel like I’m going to fall. The dizziness actually puts me in some amount of danger if I’m not secured. Because I can lose my balance from feeling dizzy. I wonder if this also happens to people afraid of water. Particularly if they’re drunk. The booze might lessen the fear, but it can also increase dizziness.

The problem with theory #2 is that it's impossible to accidentally fall off a cruise ship, unless you're screwing around (climbing on railings, etc). Also there's CCTV coverage of the entire exterior. If Amy jumped or fell, the cruise line should have footage of that. If Amy walked off the ship in port, she'd have scanned her ship ID as she disembarked (which is how cruise crews keep track of who is on board and who isn't). It's possible she died due to alcohol or drug overdose while partying with the crew, and her body was disposed of surreptitiously to avoid legal consequences.
I don't think there was CCTV back in 1998, nowadays they have it as well as alarm systems on most if not all liners-due to the number of people who do fall or commit suicide by jumping, become victims of crime onboard & resulting lawsuits-to cover this asses & so they can initiate a rescue right away.
1998, there wasn't giant VHS recorders on the outside of every cabin.
Dr. Grande, thank you so much for doing this video- I'm sure I was not the only one who requested it, but like to think you did it for me. This case has bothered me for years; And I felt particularly intrigued by this case because I too went on my first cruise ship a few months before the Bradley's took theirs. I like and appreciate how you give us your theories, and then show how you lean to what is most probable, and I almost always agree with you in regards to most cases in terms of "what's most likely." However in this case, I just feel after so many red flags, it is hard to disregard the many misunderstandings as coincidence. She was afraid of the water/railing of the balcony (which Leads me to think she would have never gotten close enough to it to have fallen off) ,the overly attentive flirty waiters, the missing photos, the missing cigarettes & lighter from the room, the David Carmichael sighting, the Judy M sighting, the officer in the brothel, the odd comment made by Yellow (Douglas) in the early morning hours, the girls that saw Amy walking with Yellow off the elevator into the disco area, the alleged prostitution photos that surfaced, the fact that those photos were analyzed by a forensic expert who deconstructed every detail of Amy's face, matching it with overlays of her photos, etc. What I found very intriguing about the online photos of the woman, were that every one of Amy's tattoos are strategically hidden with her hair, or by the degree that she is posed. I do agree with your points as well; An American girl with very distinguishable tattoos being kidnapped from a cruise ship while with her family does seem very unlikely. As for Yellow, I have also considered the fact that maybe he did honestly hear about Amy's disappearance from crew members onboard; because even though only the Bradleys and security knew at the time; like in all jobs, people on cruise ships build a rapport/family type relationship with their coworkers because of the amount of weeks per year they are on this ship. Is it possible that maybe whispers and word traveled from security amongst employees in various parts of the ship before the announcement was public information? I too agree that whether she was a trained life guard or a strong swimmer, the impact of hitting the water after falling 10 stories from a cruise ship would definitely injure anyone and make their swimming abilities irrelevant in that type of situation. Another thing that always puzzled me was, why was Amy, apparently buzzed and exhausted from a long night out with her brother, motivated to even leave the room at all that morning? This is 1998. Surely there were no texting or plans of a "hookup" of some kind; and even if she and Yellow would have planned to have a sexual encounter, why wouldn't this have happened after her partying ended, and before she returned to the room? Also, if Yellow was behind this alleged abduction, and lured her somewhere, wouldn't he have had a better chance doing so around the 4 am time frame when she was leaving the disco alone, and the alcohol would have been at it's most potent in her system? Its seems odd that she would randomly leave her room, and he would randomly be there to have this all happen without a hitch. Sometimes I think this was an assault gone wrong, and her body was hidden or discarded; But after hours of research, reading, studying this case, my core gut feelings are that as unbelievable of a story as this is, arrows all point back to abduction and sex trafficking to me. One, two, three odd details in a case, maybe I can file under the " strange coincidences umbrella"; But this case has so many red flags; After what # of odd and strange details must one say that, due to the quantity of odd and strange details, something more sinister, and deliberate must be at play? I do agree with you that yes, many eye witnesses who are honest good people can just truly be mistaken. But David Carmichaels eye witness account, and the specificity of her tattoos alone; I mean, she was nearly 3 feet in front of him when she attempted to speak to him; And we aren't speaking of one vague tattoo; David said this girl was pointing out all of her tattoos to him- Very specific unique tattoos in multiple places of her body who all matched up to what Amy did have as known tattoos. Forgive me for this odd comparison; But years ago when we were all transfixed on the O.J. Simpson trial, and we all saw the tons of evidence that stacked up for the prosecution; I remember as a teenager thinking, "With all that evidence stacked against the defense, if O.J were innocent, he would have to be the unluckiest man alive." Just like with O.J., the quantity of evidence is what ruled out the possibility of innocence in my mind; With the Amy Bradley case, I agree with you, there is no solid evidence, but the amount of red flags, suspicious characters, and unusual circumstances highly increase the probability that whatever did happen to her, was also something unusual and deliberate against her will. Dr. Grande, this is the longest comment I have ever written on youtube. I have a lot of compassion for the Bradleys, and intrigue regarding this case; I apologize to you and your viewers if this comment was overwhelming due to it' s length.
Agree. Too many glaring facts and occurrences to believe she fell overboard. Witnessed by girls that knew her early the morning of her disappearance. The person she was with was the last person known to have seen her AND he just later happened to demonstrate foreknowledge of her disappearance. Nope. That’s involvement. The photos online are unmistakably her. The Canadian witness reported the tattoos before they were publicly known. Moreover, he was strong in his ID, stating “100%” certainty. She was trafficked.
Ah yellow. Yes he could of heard from a crew member of the disappearence sure. Gew questions though. He was with her until 5.45am. To go up to a family member the next day and say sorry to hear about yorr sister then offer no help to find her or give as much information as pissible is down right unheard of. Also when interviewed by the fbi he retracted whatvhe had said to the brother and saod he had no idea she was missing. He is a crucial, crucial person of interest

Mr. Carmichael shared what he observed with her parents and the Bradleys knew the tattoos were not public knowledge. Mr Carmichael did not want any of the reward money, too. (BTW, this was not mentioned in this video, too.)

I am an intelligent college medical professional who had never been exposed to this personality type and was completely gaslighted into what became an 18 year toxic marriage that nearly ruined my whole life.Why did I stay 18 years? Because he had a stroke after 10 years and I thought people would judge me for leaving him in that state. I was on opioids, anti anxiety medication and became an alcoholic to cope. Thank God I finally got the brains to break through the verbal abuse and fog and try to heal. It took 3 years to get myself back. In the future I would like to speak to abused people in relationships so they don’t have to ruin as much life and money as I did. Thank you again for speaking out on this important message.

The fact that she was drinking that night and was last seen by her own father in their own cabin on the balcony makes it seem like falling overboard actually is the strongest possibility. For a long time I thought she had been killed by a crew member, but it’s true, it’s most likely she may have just fallen over. Like, perhaps when leaning over the railing to vomit. She was pretty tall, I could see that happening easily with the sway of the ship.
Yep, her fathers timings make the kidnap or foul play theories very difficult indeed, as there was such a short window of opportunity from him seeing her on the private balcony to him hearing something & waking up-sadly I think this was her hitting the water. To have gone for a clandestine meeting she would have had to go back through the room & exit the door without waking anybody which is highly unlikely.
The family seem to have spun a narrative that never existed-men were ogling/harassing Amy, yet no other women onboard appear to have had this happen to them. Brad says Amy had to tell Yellow to back up/off for dancing to close to her, yet the footage shot by a guy onboard of them dancing shows that far from being repulsed by this Yellow guy as they claim she was in reality dancing extremely close with him & enjoying herself. Brad again in a podcast in recent years says a few weeks after this him, his father & Amy's boyfriend are riding around Curacao in a car after supposedly being told by people on the island she is alive & telling them where to search he says he hears somebody who sounds just like Amy shouting his name-clearly this is not a reality as the other two didn't hear anything. Again the whole sex slave thing seems to have stemmed from nothing more than unfounded rumours of that happening from those in the area.
This is false. The last sighting of Amy was around 6am by two girls who saw her getting into an elevator with a band member (who later apologized to her brother about her disappearance before word even got out about it). Also, she was only 5'6'', and if she did fall overboard, her body would've washed ashore (it didn't).
Except for the fact that they were basically pulling into port at the time she went missing. They would have found her body in the bay, close to the ship. The fact that all of her pictures were missing is a really telling sign, and more than one witness saw her with Yellow around the time she went missing. Also, the witnesses who subsequently saw her in the island and eventually neighboring islands. Plus the pictures that the family were 100% certain were her, those pictures were on a trafficking website, and advertisement of goods. I don’t think she’s alive anymore, but I think she was alive for many years after she went missing.
The family went to the American Embassy in Curacao, immediately or shortly after, boats and a helicopter were sent to look for Amy in case she fell overboard. Nothing was found.
I’ve always gotten a weird feeling about her father and the timeline . I always thought the father had an altercation with her since he woke up and was last to see her maybe he hurt her and tossed her over board and the family covered it up by blaming yellow . I watched the interview with Beth Holloway and the parents seemed they were lying threw their teeth , even Beth looked shocked with their responses about her being missing and the fact that 20 minutes later the father assumed she was missing right away. Aside from the fact that she was scared of the water but was on the balcony all night? I don’t know why they were never questioned especially where the father was last to see her 20 minutes before he woke up and she so happened to pull an all nighter on the balcony . Sketchy! No one ever talks about this possibility and what kind of parents automatically assume she was trafficked before possibly falling off the balcony?

Falling off the balcony would likely land her on the balcony below. I have not seen any ship balconies hanging directly over the water. Rather more recessed .

Witnesses are so bizarre. Like all the people on the train in the US (Philadelphia , Oct 15, 2021) recently who watched for 40 minutes while a woman was being assaulted and then brutally raped . Many people even filmed the attack, not a single passenger called 911. WTH? I saw a boy get hit by a car on his bike. At least 15 people, including the driver stood around, neither comforting the child nor calling 911. I called 911 for an ambulance and sat with the kid. He was definitely in shock and extremely embarrassed so wasn’t asking for help. He ended up having a broken leg and significant injuries. I have been insimilar situations numerous times (where no one calls 911, but just stands around). Call 911 people. At worst help will show up and the person will be fine.
The case of Kitty Genovese in the 1960s is still referenced in psychology books because no one called police while she was screaming and brutally attacked. I often wondered if that type of bystander non-intervention would happen 60 years later. So thanks for the update.

This is such a worrisome case, I feel for her parents so deeply. Your warning against alcohol is a very helpful one, Dr Grande. Too many young people grow up with insecurity and lack of self respect which, combined with alcohol, is one sure way to put them in harm’s way, especially these days with so many girls being “roofied” in nightclubs. I thank my lucky stars I’m too old for nightclubs and my grown up children don’t drink, if you are a young person reading this, please keep yourself safe, you deserve the best life has to offer and won’t find it anywhere danger lurks.

I would advise all ladies not to go to nightclubs because they're gross but if they must go, to avoid drinking from anything "open" - ie it's best to drink water from a screw top bottle and keep the lid on the whole time between sips.👍
Its a scary and a tragic case. She was most likely kidnapped for human trafficking. That Yellow named guy perhaps was involved in her disappearance. I hope she's still alive, however if she's alive, she may be in a terrible place held against her will by some criminals. After all these years it's hard to speculate.

I believe they are mostly unrelated to Gabby and some home travelled out of state just to be there. It’s quite the commitment. I understand they want justice for Gabby as the world does. But it’s very interesting how far some people will go. Curious as to what drives them to be so committed.

Before I answer, I do want to say that I also want justice for Gabby, I want it for anyone who is a victim, because I was in an abusive relationship at one time. I in no way condone what he did. HOWEVER, his parents did NOT kill her and it's important to remember that.
That being said, those people going out of their way like that, yes they want justice, but that is a very miniscule part of it. It is mob mentality. They crave to be in the middle of the excitement, they think by going there they will get attention of some sort. They think by doing that they will be able to get the Laundries to "talk". Like vigilante justice. They are craving to be part of some fantastical story.
The Laundries hired a lawyer. All they did was exercise a constitutional right that each and every American has. The Laundries did nothing except follow the advice of their attorney. The people who are there protesting like that lack critical thinking skills and are being swayed by their emotions. These are the same people that can end up on some jury one day, this is utterly horrifying to me.
I feel terrible for Gabby's family, but Brian's parents lost their son as well.
These people are all motivated by their emotions and a need to be a part of something.
Sorry I had to say it, I know this comment will make people mad, but I am so tired of people badgering the Laundries when all they did was exercise their rights.
@@Jilli8310 Agreed, the mob mentality is what makes these protesters do what they do and they assuredly lack critical thinking skills. There is a cancer patient on the block who has had to endure the constant noise and of course other neighbors are being disturbed constantly. The Laundries found themselves in a very bad situation when their son came home and exercised their right to hire a lawyer. Both Gabbie's family and Brian's family suffered the terrible loss of their children. The protestors are obnoxious bullies, and need to find something better to occupy themselves with.
@@loralieisa Thanks. I mean I am just disgusted with that whole scenario. My mother and I have been following that story quite closely and when I saw Natalie's comment above, I couldn't hold it in anymore.
Honestly, out of all of these protesters and crazy people at the front of their home, do we see any members of the FBI, law enforcement or anything like that screaming for Justice? NO. That's because even they know justice starts in the courtroom, not on someone's front lawn. Law enforcement knows that hiring a lawyer is part of the process and so they work around it. If Brian had not died and would have been found, eventually charges would have been brought and attorney or not, he would have been brought before the judge/jury.
I come from a Law Enforcement family. I work in the criminal justice field myself, the first any of us would do is hire an attorney. That's just being smart.
I am so very sad for both families. It should've never have happened.

@@dannette64 Definitely not judging because of smoking(I’ve got nothing against smoking). It’s simply an observation. This young lady went from being a high school athlete(and presumably non-smoker) to a college student and smoker in a short period of time. That just seems kind of strange.
