Yup. As soon as you get your first job, save a certain amount per cut-off/month. Don’t spend everything. That was my biggest regret. Started saving at age 30 tho I had my 1st house at age 22 also. 😁
Hi Michelle! If 88sqm ang lot area mo and corner lot, I think that's a bit smaller. Mine's also corner lot but lot area of 134sqm. You can try to check other lots if there's still available :) If there's none - weigh in advantage/disadvantage and consider other options. Hope this helps! 😊
