- Here I am again, with another transformation video, I'm gonna keep bugging you guys with new videos because we have had so many amazing projects this year and I just want to show you guys how they turned out.
This is a cozy townhouse in Las Pinas and it is for a newlywed couple starting out a family, we wanted to help them ease the pressure of starting a new life by giving them a beautiful home that is also functional.

Size: 60sqm with extended laundry area to kitchen area
Finish: Standard Finish (with upgrades for cabinets, tiles and wallpaper)

The feature on Dinah's Rustic Retreat is like something from a fairy tale. It's really inspiring to see how creative all these ordinary people are in making beautiful and useful spaces on a modest scale.

My favorite one is the lighting in the kitchen which I was thinking to put in my house because I don't want my kitchen to be dark.

There's also no need to compare her with Elle Uy because they both have different but great aesthetics. ✨

Of course, because Gila is an Interior Designer (licensed) while Elle is not denying that she is an interior decorator. There is really a huge difference.

Yun din agad na-notice. I've been watching videos of house tours and architectural designs and this is the first time I'm seeing a kitchen with a sliding door partition plus it has sky light pa. It's true naman kasi kapag nagluluto, kahit may exhaust, yung amoy, dumadaloy pa rin sa buong floor area at posible kumapit yung amoy sa furnitures.

Love those glass doors in the kitchen! It allows you to still be seen and to see out so that you're not entirely separated from everyone else, but I am also thinking about how it can be used to keep little ones out of the kitchen and away from hot stoves and other hazards without having to maneuver around hard to get through baby gates.

Kudos to your clients as well. I can just imagine how expensive this is. Most often, its not only the designer's vision that needs compliment, but the budget of the client what makes it a reality. Just look at the walls at 2nd floor--- eeexxxpensiiive!

Really great job on this!! Definitely made the space a lot bigger than it originally would have been. Love how each area is delineated while still keeping the entire space relatively open. And I really appreciate the thought in installing the sliding glass doors for the kitchen! Never considered anything like that. The small change to the front door also had a huge impact. But those stairs...MVP of this project!
And this isn't meant to be any sort of negative criticism, but I genuinely would've loved to see this in slightly better video/audio quality. Even 720p would be a huge step up, and a better quality mic would be really helpful. It would really make the experience more immersive and enjoyable. And it would really give justice to all the hard work you guys put into this! Maybe you wanna consider putting up a patreon page for supporters/followers. Similar to how another youtube page, Living Big In A Tiny House
, operates. Just a suggestion. :)

Very good. Contemporary without looking like an office and some warm, cosy colours instead of just neutrals. Fabulous storage ideas. Some very clever planning has gone into this.

Hi...I'm a new subscriber and I am a fan of both you and Elle Uy. Both of you have a different style that works and that's fine. I'm hoping and wishing that yeah (as one of your subscriber mentioned) please add a before and after look for all rooms. Then perhaps add a price range or estimate on total cost for the renovation (but only when you're comfortable in revealing it and your client of course). But it helps if there's a price range or where to buy stuff especially the pull out cabinets and storage area you've added. Honestly, you've made this house very beautiful and efficient with all the storage.

The house seems so sophisticated like its not meant for daily use... I personally prefer simple... Homes with light coloured shades on the wall.It is extremely beautiful, I just believe its not for daily stay 😅

Your teams designs are the likes of rebecca robeson, elegant and luxury looking and elle uy on the otherhand is like the mr kate of pinas very cool/relaxing beachy and cozy vibes designs.
Ps: wag sana madaliin ung video explain what you did in each room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom are my favorite part of the house

I like your design, high end and and almost top of the line definitely better than elle uy’s, But not to compare you two, It’s just that elle’s design are way more affordable and achievable especially the DIY’s.
Can you post maybe how much the entire cost for a renovation like this..? Guess it doesn’t get cheaper than 2M.

It's not the lighting that makes it dark. It's the walls color that makes it dark. They chose dark colors that's why it looks dark. 😂
