If there were a Hololive creation myth, Coco would be the primordial dragon that carved the oceans. And then, with the beating of her wings, gave wind to the sails of those crossing the cultural barriers.
I will say at least this much and no, it isn't meant to undercut Coco. If there was a Creation Myth, Kizuna would probably be the Head Deity. Hololive would probably have become the aspected deities, in charge of certain concepts like weather, fertility, etc. Smaller groups would be local gods in charge of certain areas and Indies would be like spirits/yokai who have the potential to become minor deities. What the other poster mentioned, Coco would be a deity of trade, camaraderie, freedom and ideals. Dragons are a form of strength, sometimes of greed, but they are honest and their words are their promises. She's a foreign deity though, being a four legged dragon and not a serpent, but she was accepted into the fold. From there, countless spirits and yokai have grown and been accepted. The Pantheon keeps growing.
Hell the branch she helped start hololive en is one of of the most successful branches of all time having gawr gura who is set to be the most subscribed to vtuber by the end of the month/early next month the fire of the dragon burns brightly there with one of there number takanashi kiara seemingly ready to uphold kaichous legacy of outreach and innovation heck all of en arguably are.
