Its the year 1986 a law was passed in china which was similar to a german law known as GPCL - General Principles of the civil lawArticle 119 of China's General Principles of Civil Law states that if someone harms your property or causes you personal injury, you have the right to seek compensation.
Well the similar law is there in germany - but there is no issue in germany but in china why this law is in the news? Because the communist party did 2 big blunders which we will discuss Now when this law was implemented - the punishment is given to the victim not the culprit.. this this video this guy in the bike his duty is the hit cars moving on the road and pretend the get hurtThis guy he comes infrnt of vehicles every day at least 5 times and pretend to get hurt
