    Apart from investing, please also make a video of is greater Noida worth living with family. Cost wise, connectivity wise and safety wise. As most new immigrants in NCR are only able to afford greater Noida. investors will just create a bubble

      @@realty360degree i visited La Solara..the 3bhk room sizes and overall space is very cramped inside...also this is a new society but i saw dampness on outside walls of ready towers where owners are residing..

    Good review Mam but please don’t compare with Gurgaon, not needed. I own a property in Noida extension and happy with it. I work in Noida so don’t care about Gurgaon. Gurgaon is part of NCR like Noida, it doesn’t mean we should always compare them. Gurgaon is far ahead in terms of real estate, no harm in accepting.

      Gurgaon is pathetic in infrastructure..except Holf Course road and Cybercity..it floats during rains..and its overhyped..have worked in Grg for over a decade

    Noida extension is crowded and continue to do so, average rates in resales are 5500-7000 . Don't hype it

      Projects like Gulshan Avante have been launched at 11500 psf. So we are being realistic. Such projects have already been launched in noida exteension

      @@realty360degree One or two luxury projects can't define the rate for all socities. I m talking about average rate that u also quoted in ur video. Anyways i wl be more happy to see these rates in future as holding few units there.
