I actually added Sleet to Mortal Kombat: Armageddon via Kreate-a-Fighter. I gave him some of Sub-Zero and Rain’s special moves plus a colored projectile to match the white costume recolor. It looked pretty cool, it was like he was a hidden character in the first game. I used a similar idea with Scorpion’s moves and an orange recolor to add in an orange classic ninja that I named… Inferno. Not joking, I literally was given a spare memory card and maxed out the profile capacity in both so I could effectively add 16 more characters to the Armageddon roster, several of which I used to recreate DBZ characters as well. In turn, I was able to add a few more palette-swapped cyber ninjas as well.
