- Launching on April 26, The Duviri Paradox is an entirely new way to play #Warframe - no matter where you are in your journey. If you’re a new Tenno, you’ll be asked to choose where you want your story to begin: The Origin System or The Duviri Paradox. Both paths will converge in time, but it’s up to you to decide.

I love how Mesa gameplay is accurate in this video and oneshots the big whale truly a Warframe experience
Maybe I’m modding my Mesa’s Peacemakers wrong, but I feel it would’ve been more accurate to have the Mesa just completely spazz out while absolutely filling the thing full of lead

Then I guess I’m just used to using it on groups of enemies of something, because my experience with Mesa is less “distinct, single shots” and more *”BRRRRRRRRRT”*

Music and Art teams really went absolutely wild for Duviri, I can’t wait to be able to immerse myself in this world!

While it looks nice, the previous 3 have conditioned me to believe that this will just be another mindless grindfest open world that is disjointed from all the others.
I've done this grind 3 times already, I am not looking to farm standing for another month
@@nella544 From what we’ve seen in previous gameplay demonstrations I highly doubt it’ll be a standing farm. It looks like a lot of effort went into making Duviri an enjoyable replayable experience, but we’ll find out on the 26th!

I really find the last few moments interesting. It looks almost like Dominus Thrax and the Drifter are two conflicting parties trying to take over the paradox. Because in the beginning Dominus Thrax had the color but near the end the Drifter had it. Hopefully the wait is worth it and that story will deliver.

Mesa carries me throughout the game 'til New War, seeing her in there really solidify that my adventures with Mesa is canon.
mesa prime was my first prime that carried me through everything and is still my fav warframe to date :)
I am currently farming Mesa Prime, hopefully will get her soon. She sounds like an incredible frame

I really loved the colors in this trailer. The blue on Dominus and the red/purple in the Orowyrms tail looked really good. And the vibe of the music is excellent as always

I feel like the direction Duviri is going now, was way different like... 4 years ago now, damn.
This is not a bad thing; time, as with all things, shapes ideas and changes perspectives. With all the content put out now, I'd have been surprised if Duviri Paradox was still heading in the same direction it was seemingly going to in the first ever trailer.
All I know is, I can't wait to try this out.

I would love if duviri was about dominus’ loneliness, he looks like he wants to break everyone to his will, but in his power, he seems kinda lonely and sad. The whole world changing to his drastic emotions shows that tragedy. I wonder if he has void powers too. Maybe he too made a deal with man in the wall, and now is suffering the consequences. Very thrilled!
That’s an interesting idea, Dominus being externally a powerful, authoritative figure, but behind the scenes Man in the Wall is pulling the strings and Dominus is merely their tool.
Kinda reminded me of that one old comment about the theory that Dominus might be one of the drifter stuck in the plain of duviri and manifest everything through his sheer void power, like how the plain changes according to his mood.
What if Dominis is a 3rd variant of the Tenno/Drifter. This one is a Drifter that accepted the Man in the Wall's offer when inside the void and was still stuck in there, while the Drifter is the one that refuses to accept the Man in the Wall's offer no matter what and is only gaining void powers through his connection to his other selves.
@@urazz7739 that’s unfortunately not the case as we saw them both accept the offer In the new war the only difference between the two of them is that the drifter never got rescued by the orokin and became a Tenno instead staying on the zariman until it landed in duviri
Considering the whole thing is kind of like a theater play. I think you are on the right track. Meaning that in that whole Duviri, the characters in the play are only Drifter and Dominus. All other characters are like Marionette that have no will or just play by the story.
Not to mention, considering we'll have to please Dominus when we come to Duviri. I think it is safe to say that we are playing with him and him rewarding us with resources for a play well done.
I like the instrumental contrast between the Plane and the Theater and eventually they converge into a full orchestra, that moment of silence followed by the soothing vocal and the strings once the illusions have been broken, too. Very artistic.
Love the symbolisms. Love that ending how the operator reaches his hand out to someone clearly opposing him and looks at him with compassion and understanding. Great trailer. Very detailed but at the same so abstract. Looking forward how this adds to the lore.
I'm really interested in knowing more about Dominus Thrax. The fact that Drifter wanted to help him there to get up means that something about Man in The Wall is more to know.
My theory is that Dominus is one of the Zariman children who (hehe) dominated Duviri. It would explain why Drifter wants to help him and why in first gameplay footage people called him "king"

Makes me wonder if Dominus Thrax might be a tragic person with great amounts of power, however incredibly mentally instable. And that this is why Duviri is affected so much by his change in mood.
This person might have drastic moodswings while they also don't know what to do with all the power that they have...

@@frankyboi4life242 I think the biggest hint was in the zariman class room in eternalism("her parents died, her parents didnt die") I think the zariman both failed and succeeded. Drifter in duviri is our tenno timelines drifter "one thats zariman made it" and the drifter with our new tenno is the drifter variant of another timelines whos child tenno made it so the drifter didn't, Is my theory would explain how its a paradox.
remember our tenno fell into a void portal after getting stabbed by ballas(probably sent to duviri hints the lotus hand crashing down) the young tenno we take control of doesn't remember anything not even the ballas and narmer situation(because it wasn't his fight, he got pulled from another timeline) This would explain why when we got stabbed he got stabbed.

Warframe devs have ALWAYS been consistent, whether people liked the updates or not, they never stopped, and they come so often. Many developers can learn a lot from DE.

I've been around since around year two of Warframe, would play off and on, but never had that hook. Then Second Dream gave me that hook and I *kept* playing. The art, the direction, the story - these damn trailers just keep getting so much deeper and I keep getting more excited! So ready to jump into this!

As usual the art and sound teams are absolutely killing it, this update really just comes down to the balance team and if they can make the content feel rewarding to actually play.

Even though I haven't played WF in a long while now, this trailer is still one of the greatest of all time, the composition, soundtrack, effects and voice acting paired with the cinematics are all at such a high level it's insane. Wouldn't even guess it's from warframe if I didn't know warframe in the first place.
The devs do be devving, so many years of development and it’s all coming to show how determined these guys are at giving us the best experience.

I havent played this game enough to judge but realisticly speaking support and longevity wise, Warframe may be the best game yet
What if Devs brought in a Fortuna Update & new missions where you fix some underground forge (similar to Helminth System) where you can dismember parts of Warframes & modify/transplant said parts to ANOTHER frame. 😅😮

@@anubis-topcity4367 there was a dev stream that was on like before citrine's last wish, they had a model of her but had a Loki helmet as the side model, hence the community dubbed "Fem Loki" a thing. Still it'll be a cool concept to have different Warframe limbs as aesthetic wise, probably similar to Xaku (which is made of broken Warframe parts, which kinda lead to Ivara's lore where her squad being wiped out)

Dude it's been years since I last played warframe, i am coming back for this update.
Dominus Thrax very clearly has a human hand on his right arm which as far as I am aware makes him different from all the other denizens of the Duviri Plains that look like puppets or mechanical beings. Maybe Dominus Thrax is originally another outsider like us not from the Void, perhaps even another Tenno?. Given that emotions or conscious thoughts literally make things take shape in the void and when you consider his name and the need to make people bend the knee, perhaps Thrax has been corrupted by an intense need for control or dominance. He may not even be a villain given the sympathetic act of the Drifter in reaching out his hand towards Thrax. Perhaps the plot of the Duviri Paradox could be about elevating/separating his human form from this desire and the control for the desire becoming its own being that we then have to fight? Just a few guesses but it is definitely going to be an interesting release.

I had a weird dream almost exactly similar to the concept of the Duviri Paradox's central premise one time. Except it was a flooded Manhattan/New York and the only thing that could be used as habitable areas were skyscraper rooftops. I kept seeing signs that says "it's fine" and "everything is fine" all over the place. probably one of the creepiest dreams I've ever had.
I don't wanna wait 13 more days for this to launch.

Horror games, story games, fighting games, platformer games, looter shooter games (like Warframe), FPS games etc. It’s just that I never put Warframe down. On top of all those other games I always come back to Warframe sometimes. I’m a playing the game EVERY SINGLE DAY? Nah, but am I still playing? Of course 🫡😀
