The implication of Birdo and Yoshi’s relationship falling apart is vile slander. They are deeply in love, Yoshi has been pooping out eggs and throwing them since Yoshi’s island. HE HAS BEEN DOING IT SINCE MARIO WAS A BABY! Way before ever meeting Birdo. She is not pressuring him to do this, it is a shared hobby that they both do, and enjoy. Overall, this sentiment of Yoshi and Birdo drifting apart is built upon weak evidence and lies.

In Birdo's new phase of life as a good guy, she is in way less adventures as she used to. She can comfortably wear her wedding ring at all times because she's not in situations she truly fears she'll lose it. Yoshi, on the other hand, is constantly getting into scenarios where he could easily lose his wedding ring. After talking it out between the two of them, they both agreed it would be safer to keep his ring elsewhere for the majority of time. (Where? Idk. Not my business...)
Birdo is also part of the "Barefoot is Legal" movement. Her friends don't love it, but respect her decisions & understand most footwear won't fit her anyways.

Hear me out, what if Yoshi doesn't actually wear shoes and his feet just look like that? Alternatively, perhaps Birdo is wearing shoes and she just has a pair custom made to look like her feet?
Also, regarding your theory about Birdo and Yoshi separating because Birdo attacks with eggs, I think you're forgetting about 1995's Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island. In Yoshi's Island, Yoshis used eggs as a projectile attack. One could argue that this was a trait he picked up from Birdo. However, Yoshi's Island takes place when Mario and Luigi were children, so it's extremely unlikely that Yoshi knew Birdo at this point because they've only been shown knowing eachother during times where the Mario Bros are adults. It seems that Yoshi and Birdo are both okay using eggs as projectile attacks and have both done so before even meeting. Also, I think it's likely that the eggs they attack with are unfertilized considering that they both seem to just be able to continuosly lay them without to needing any help from a partner in generating them, so they never had the potential to become children anyway. Unless you believe that Yoshis and Birdos reproduce assexually, which I doubt because Birdo's complicated history with her gender identity compared to her biological sex implies that at least her species has multiple sexes and likely reproduces sexually.
And regarding your theorization about them being unhappy because Yoshi doesn't wear a wedding ring, have you considered that maybe Yoshi and Birdo aren't married yet and the ring on Birdo's finger is an engagement ring? Engagement rings traditionally have a large center diamond and wedding rings are generally a bit simpler and are more balanced. Birdo's ring matches an engagement ring more. It seems that they've just been engaged for a really long time, and my headcanon for the reason why is because every other time the Mushroom Kingdom has had a party, it devolved into a board game filled with rage as friends turn on eachother over coins and stars. Since a wedding is just a big party with two people as a focus, they fear how their friends would behave at such an event, so they've been pushing it off.
Yoshi feet have been shown before in obscure artwork but if yoshi appears barefoot in a modern Mario game it might look similar to birdie feet
When i was a kid I loved birdo so much I went to look up pictures of her on google images. I found some um... very detailed art that is still burned into my brain to this day.

Thank you SO much for this wonderful video, Yoshi and Birdo are my favorite Mario characters and it makes me so happy to see Birdo get the respect she so rightly deserves! The fanbase still gets so negative towards her despite how overwhelmingly positively she's portrayed in recent games, and it's always nice to see that funny dino enjoyers still exist :')
I'd like to talk way too long about my own interpretation of Yoshi and Birdo's marriage, because if I don't do it in the comments section of this very specific video, then honestly, what other opportunity would I even HAVE.
Yoshi, throughout the years, has been consistently represented by happiness and satisfaction. Yoshi LIVES to be happy, joy is the most important thing to him. Yoshis as a species are peaceful, fun-loving, sometimes lazy, but always willing to help others, friends and strangers alike, just to make everyone happy.
Birdo is similar in this regard, yet in VERY different ways. In games where their relationship is less defined (or nonexistent), Birdo is shown to be quite the hopeless romantic. She's always chasing after love, hoping to find the one who's right for her, believing strongly in true love. It's clear how much passion she has for love and romance, and how she believes love is her own key to happiness.
With all this taken into account, I've come to my own conclusion on Yoshi and Birdo's relationship. I like to think they ARE genuinely happy together, but express their happiness in very different ways. Birdo wears her ring as a reminder to herself just how happy she is, having finally found the perfect partner. Their relationship means everything to her, and carrying a representation of her own true love with her at all times is just how she most comfortably expresses how happy she is and how far she has come. Yoshi, on the other hand, doesn't need that reminder. He expresses his own happiness through action, choosing to be there for Birdo and having fun with her. Board games, kart racing, any sport he can think of, he wants to experience it all with her, along with his closest friends, because enjoying life is what Yoshi is all about.
Again, this is all my own interpretation, and it's very possible (and likely) no one at nintendo ever put a single bit of thought into this, but I don't care! I like to believe they're happy, because it feels good to think about! If anyone is still reading this, thank you for listening to my insane ramblings about dinosaur marriage, and I leave you with one final note.... Birdo from the original Mario Tennis for N64 is the BEST Birdo design and I will carry this opinion until the day I die. She is adorable. please bring her back. And Yoshi's best design is from Mario Party 1-3 okay bye

They are both the egglaying variety of their species, so they cannot create offspring together (even if their species would be genetically compatible), so those eggs are not fertillised.
I suspect the other characters disdain towards birdo is just coming from transphobia, and whilst yoshi loves here, he feels judged by others and thus is afraid to show his commitment to birdo.
