I ordered one of these on a whim. I have a Breville Barista Express. and the steamer is not consistent. Sometimes it comes out really well, maybe 35% of the time. Other times it is either too thin or too foamy. I have had the Dreo for a couple of days now, and have used it for 3 lattes with half and half. All came out just so. Very pleased with it.
If you find the matching setting for "a milk", the nano makes exactly this: paint-like nanofoam that kind of pours latte art by itself. The problem is, you have to find the sweetspot for every bag/bottle of milk, let alone milk alternatives. Many setting, 3 silikon "whirly" attachments and the possibility to let it heat after saying "ok" gives you many, many possible configurations to chose from. This is blessing and curse. You CAN adapt to every milk, but it might take you more than the milk you have. So, mot changing the sort of milk too much helps a lot. The results can be 100% perfect
When you state “best on market”, I would expect you have compared it with a Nanofoamer Pro. Actually I think those two probably form the market segment of latte art capable home auto steamers 🤨
this should be perfect for my girlfriend! The Nanofoamer is way to expensive for her ambitions! Nice Review as always, cant wait for the Titvs Hybrid review, highlight of the Year for me! ;)
Hi love the review I own the nano foamer pro from subminimal which works similarly but a big complain is the clean up due to milk baking onto the inside base so you cant really do 2 successive cups without rinsing and brushing the thin layer of baked milk at the base or else you risk buring the caked milk. Does the dreo have the same issue for successive shots?
Hi there, thank you for sharing your feedback! To answer your question, we have made around 20 consecutive frothing rounds and the only cleaning method was rinsing the pitcher with water. You won't run into a similar issue in this one by no means 👌💯
Hi there, thank you for the kind words, we have noticed that with water washing nothing will be stuck to the bottom, in the end it is heating up to 60 and 70 degrees. However, we did notice that when we left the milk leftovers in the pitcher for many hours without washing it, it will require a cleaning with a sponge which is logical ☕️🤍
Thanks to the video, i have to say some thing to be sure that I get the idea. This is a machine to mix the milk, you must clean the inside part and not the outside. Ok, for that but I dont find what is the price of the machines, and i want to know more details about the cleaning or things like the battery. (Sorry the grammar, English is not my first idiom).
Hi there, make sure to fill to the marked Latte circle. Use the correct attachment (the one that looks like a fan). Shake the milk very well. Select the correct program based on the milk. If too thin, choose Latte or cappuccino. If too foamy, go to Latte or Flat White. 🤍☕️
Hi there, there must be an issue with your unit, nonetheless, you will be covered under the warranty. Alternative, you can start another round if you are not generally happy with steamed milk around 60c to 70c degrees ☕️🤍
@@ourcoffeeshelter ah, that is unfortunate. I just dislike the generic kitchen appliance beeps. But, I did get on the super early bird Kickstarter thanks to your thorough review! Appreciate it!

Hi there, as we have explained to some friends that Dreo by no means have any control on our content. The sponserd video as explained in the beginning was for us to get the video ready prior to their Kickstarter campaign. We couldn't get our hand on the Gen 2 Nanofoamer pro in time for this video and the Gen 1 which we have tested in the past is by no means better than the Dreo. By default, considering the separated milk pitcher which offers far more practical cleaning routine as opposed to the Nanofoamer Pro (You do have to worry about cleaning here and how practical it is). The preprogrammed options for each milk type, each foam quality, and the price tag. The Dreo BaristaMaker will be at $69 USD on Kickstarter and $99 USD after that, this is a ridiculously good. The best in price, the best in features, the best consistency in performance, The best to clean, The best we have personally tested, We are definitely confident in stating after these facts that it is the best Milk Frother in the Market. Kindly note, as we always remind all our friends, you are the judge here, we have demonstrated the features in the video and you are more than happy to buy the products that you believe are the best. Hope you have a lovely day 🤍☕️
@@ourcoffeeshelter fair comment about the nanofoamer. But your video would have been better to have mentioned Nanofoamer pro for full disclosure even if you couldn’t get one. Because as mentioned a nespresso foamer is not a like for like.
