It always discouraging when managers expect you to be happy about big changes that are clearly not in an employers benefit. If there is nothing or less than nothing in it for an employee you can hardly expect people to be enthusiastic.
@@Gurlonline07 I do hope they are not recommending you read the book who moved my cheese.....that always used to make me very angry when it was suggested as a solution to making the employee deal worse.
