Oh the joy to ride such a train. 👍🙂
We had in North Texas a similar train. The Interurban ran from city to city from Dallas Texas downtown proper to the rural areas from 1900 to the 1950's.
Some lines even pulled revenue freight behind the passenger cars.
The landscape is phenomenal there and the trains are stunning. If they're restored, they did an outstanding job.
