Girrrrl, I thought I was the only one left that made broth from the scraps. I make ice cubes with my broth so that it lasts longer and I use the cubes when I cook. I love watching you. I get such great ideas on meals to make.

A fantastic food prep video Shakayla, unfortunately there's a tomato shortage in the UK ( with the exception of canned) because they are out of season ( that's usually between July to October in the UK) so it's issues with the countries that they come from outside of the UK season. OMG, I'm so glad I stumbled upon this page. I've been trying to go plant based since I discovered last July that I had uterine fibroids. After my surgery in December, I said that's it, I'm acting right with this new chapter of my life. I was already down to just eating chicken, lamb, and fish rarely so giving up those meats wasn't as bad as I thought. I have been watching videos on meals to make to start getting some go-to meals to meal prep during the week when I'm at work. Everything in this video had me rewinding, like no she didn't take that and make that, you don't know how happy you made this 50-year-old woman. Keep doing what you're doing, we appreciate you.

Nope, he doesn't follow a plant-based diet. Majority of the time he eats already prepared meals or he'll cook his own meal and add it to whatever sides I make.

I saw a big warning label saying tht N the state of California it has an ingredient that can cause cancer or reproductive harm Tht scares the crap out of me cus I don't wanna eat anything wit warning labels 😕 Have anyone else seen these warning labels on Seaweed.??
