Mullins clearly played better. In my opinion, even when Blake Corum was there I didn't think Donovan was a #1 running back. He doesn't have vision and gets knocked down easily. He is good once he sees a crease and is fast and explosive, but is not a true running back. He is more of a pass catcher running back.

Edwards is just a north and south runner who is good in space. I rather pass him the ball than hand it to him in the backfield. He is not shifty at all like Blake and he lacks vision. Seems like a great guy with character but this isn't about that its about skills.

If orji was any good he would have showed the coaches something during camp. People need to let that go. We are stuck with Davis hopefully the o-line shows improvement, and Mullings turns into the A-Train. Older fans know who that back is.

Offensive line not getting the same push and the qb situation is a lot worse than I thought and where was the don?
I’m the second half the o line looked way better, whatever center they started in the 1st half was NOT the guy. But hopefully the don and Davis Warren surprise us next week

Yup we definitely getting smacked by Texas 😂 but it’s all good, we lost key players on offense and defense, replacing McCarthy won’t happen until 5star J.Davis takes over next year. I like Texas tho, they remind me of how us Michigan fans have been feeling for past 2ish decades.
Why is Edward’s not getting the ball but Mullings is like this is the last year u get Edward’s run him the ball he’s a dog
edwards is so bad he’s forcing them to play mullings. I’m glad they are willing to do it
Mullins clearly played better. In my opinion, even when Blake Corum was there I didn't think Donovan was a #1 running back. He doesn't have vision and gets knocked down easily. He is good once he sees a crease and is fast and explosive, but is not a true running back. He is more of a pass catcher running back.
Offense definitely was weak but it’s only week 1, They’ll find their rhythm and we’ll keep winning GOBLUE

Bro was a big reason Michigan won a national championship. Show some respect .
@@demonxslayer5 no he wasn't. He did next to nothing last year. Lol. One good game last year? Maybe?
@@YungLilBoii 2 touchdowns in a national championship game that was close until the forth qt is next to nothing?
Edwards is just a north and south runner who is good in space. I rather pass him the ball than hand it to him in the backfield. He is not shifty at all like Blake and he lacks vision. Seems like a great guy with character but this isn't about that its about skills.
@@MrEvans557 yea he is really good when he doesn't have to read blocks, or break tackles, or fall forward, or do anything a decent running back does. I hope they give up on him being the rb1 soon or we will lose many games.
The o line came together in the second half. Our offense depends on them for sure, because Davis Warren clearly nervous he needs good blocking to build confidence. Also mullings proved he probably should start over Donovan
No Don needs more touches. He is RB1.
Alex Orji needs to be our starter, Warren isn’t JJ, Orji is a dual threat weapon
If orji was any good he would have showed the coaches something during camp. People need to let that go. We are stuck with Davis hopefully the o-line shows improvement, and Mullings turns into the A-Train. Older fans know who that back is.
Alex Orji should be the starting QB after what i saw.

If it wasn’t for Keene throwing the ball high & not settling in we would’ve been talking about a different score & possible upset…
Michigan Lights out DJ Khalid We Da Best!!!!!
Texas is about to be smoking on that Michigan pack next week 😤🤘🏾
The MI D is still too good to allow this team to be blown out this season. I'm also a realist and not expecting a W sadly. Unless the offense can find some consistency. Even though MI will probably lose I'm still excited because this will be a precursor for this season. If Mi can hold its own early in the season against a top 5 team that is returning many key players, I have hope to challenge for the BIG 10 again. If not well there's always next season.
Lets put it this way while michigan was up by 6 i n the fourth to FRESNO. TEXAS WAS UP BY 45 and the backup quarterback had already played a full quarter and a half of ball @truckingusa259
