I love the Fresno State Bulldogs. Been following them since 1980. I was only 12 years old. My dad and his brother got me hooked into the Bulldogs since then. Go Dogs!
I was in the stands for 6 of these games. The most memorable for me were definitely the 07 bowl Georgia Tech, 08 UCLA, 2012 Colorado, and 2021 UCLA. I remember the game against Colorado the guy sitting behind me sat down with his beer 8 minutes into the first quarter and we were already up 21-0 and he looked at the scoreboard then back at me and said "what the f***?"
This was great. I'm so old, I'm watching Ronnie Rivers as a dad and remember watching his dad, Ron, as a student. I'm so old I remember hanging out with Jake Haener's dad, Ryan.
Fresno State in a nutshell: Have a decent team, win a huge game against a ranked opponent, put together a good season record, lose to 90th ranked Hawaii or San Jose and blow it all.
@@ammercurio91172005 the worst year for that. Came so close to changing CFB entirely, to a 4 game losing streak. Almost 20 years later and I still feel that one.
Missing Cincinnati win in Fresberg and a couple other wins.....but that's ok I guess USC Freedom Bowl was meaningless to you as well? Some of my favorite games were against Rutgers. They don't schedule us anymore.....schucks!!
As coach Hill use to say" Anybody, Anyplace, Anytime"! Go Dogs!
2005 They Took #1 USC to The Limit 50-42 Reggie Bush had to bail them out
Fresno State was Ranked 16th at the time
People be sleeping on Fresno state!

That UCLA game in 2021 was so hype
Thanks for putting this together
Sup, USF
They took Minnesota to overtimes in both 2018 and 2019. The 2019 Minnesota team was 11-2 with wins over Penn State and Auburn.

If this fresno state team was located in the Eastern US they would be in a power 5 already

😭ur giving me ptsd
you are not wrong. LA Tech used to deflate us too. Ahhhh memories.
Never underestimate your rivals 😅

Pretty much, yeah.
That Illinois game was wild!
I remember watching the Oregon State game. Man the Bulldogs dominated start to finish there was never doubt
The chant of "overrated" was deafening if you were in that stadium.
Bulldogs will be in the pac 12 very soon
Oregon State at home and USC in LA😎
This comment might age very well 🙏🏼
That'll age well
@@Nathan_Lara going to both so excited!
@@ontheflipside3499 same hope we can win em both!
Derek had a much better pro career but David Carr was SO good in college.
Another one now after the LA bowl
Now have to add Washington State, Purdue & Arizona State to the list... 👍💪🐾🐾
I remember Jordy Nelson back
In 2007 wondering who is that guy! I was st that game.
Happy to say this list is already outdated!
Power 5. That’s some sheer power.
Didn’t they also beat Rutgers ?
They weren’t power five back then
@@ammercurio9117 Weren’t they big east?
@@chrisp9046 They were American Athletic Conference (AAC) The one Cincinnati is in now
It pains me that two of these were against Kansas State
Go dogs!

if you read the title this is since 2001 also Cincinnati isn’t power five and Rutgers wasn’t power five when we beat them
still nothing compared to Boise State
