    This was a great video. Thanks for sharing. I do procrastivity all the time. The issue is, i didn't relate it to procrastination and always everything I did instead of doing my main work seemed important in hindsight but I'm still lagging behind in a lot of areas in life. I have started getting better with my time management and priorities though these days but still I miss a lot. Thanks for bringing "procrastivity" and "fear" leading to procrastination in light.

      Thanks for the thoughtful and encouraging comment. I feel awareness is a great first step! As we cannot change what we cannot see. It's easy to fall into procrastivity, as we live in a productivity-focused world :) I used to love exploring new productivity tools and apps, but started realizing I was spending a lot of time and energy researching those, rather than actually being "productive" haha. One of the key things that has helped me has been having a clear vision for what I want to create in different areas of my life. Especially how I want to feel. It's given me something to focus on, when I notice I'm getting distracted or going down various rabbit holes :)
