Ill be buying the 67i soon mate so great to see your video. Also ive only ever used talkytoaster, there the best maps in my opinion as they dont go blurry when zooming in and also the price.
Great device. I have the 67i for that extra peace of mind. I often find myself in areas with little to no phone signal so reassuring to have InReach capabilities. Used it recently to augment navigation around Menorca on the Cami de Cavalls trail. Battery far superior to my 62ST. It also doubles up as my PLB when I go sea kayaking. Worth every penny.
Thank you, that's exactly what I needed to see to convince me that I do need one of these to get the best out of whichever area I'm exploring. A great way to use it.
Is the battery life really any good? I have a 66st and it goes through batteries in a fraction of the advertised time - I simply never use it as I wouldn’t trust it to last more than a couple of hours!
@@grahamriley8124 I use my 67i on multi day hikes. The charge lasts for over 4 days whilst in use for navigating and sending track updates via inreach. I’d say it was powered on for at least 6-8hrs each day. Impressive battery.
Sorry, Bad video, nothing visible. Take your time, looks difficult. Guess I better take an easier unit, this one is difficult to use. Anyway, thank you.

Thanks yes I have a similar feature with me phone so I opted out on the satellite feature
This is exactly what I needed to finally convince myself to buy this device. Thank you for your straightforward presentation on real live example.
Glad it was helpful!

Glad I could help!
Great review. I’ve just ordered the 67 and looking forward to trying it out. Have ordered OS 1:25 maps as well.
Awesome, thank you!
Hi, I have a 67i, but can’t get that screen where you can read the names of paths & roads ahead. I have OS map 1:50 installed on my device.
have a look in map manager see if everything is set. it also could be the detail level.
Isn't that only available in national parks mate.

Yes mate it’s scary how long it lasts just been on a 6 hr hike and it’s got loads of better life left
It lasts and lasts. Charged it up a full weeks navigation in the Lakes and battery was still at 50%. Have no doubt, it does what it says on the tin.
