ciao mi apparte "Errore di scansione tramite Windows (WIA)" come posso risolvere il problema? Lo scanner non funziona si blocca. Grazie!
1) Check if the WIA service is started.
a. Click start.
b. Type “services.msc” in the search bar without the quotation and hit enter
c. Search for Windows Image Acquisition service.
d. Start the service if it is not started.
2) Use HP Smart software. Install from Microsoft Store.

After you entered the ip address you said, hp laserJet did not appear, hewlett did. How we can solve this problem
First you need to install driver.
Then you will get that printer option, if you don't then choose "Have Disk" and browse that driver then install..

How ti find ip address
Setup → Network Setup → General Settings - "Here you find ip details"

Agar tum free ip ki baat kar rahe ho jo printer ko deni hai to sabse pahele "ip scanner" install karo aur pata karo ki konsi ip free hain.
Exm. ip scanner me 192.168.10.90 ip nahi show kar raha ho toh tumhe usse tumhare system se ping karna hain, agar "Destination host not reachable" show kare toh 💯% free ip hain warna jab tak free ip nahi milta ping karte raho.
is this working for scanner too?
