Just put sausage under a running tap. Next minute cut both ends n pull off casing.No trouble.

Today is 1st day of cny 2023, will do this dish tomorrow, will use roasted pork belly instead of Chinese sausage. Suggest to add cooking wine and sugar to enhance the flavors
