Is it because lots of farmers don't look after their machinery or any other equipment in my experience. They're happy enough looking after all their grant applications and ofcourse claiming any expenditure for tax relief... Subsidies as well so its easy come easy go. Preventative maintenance is never mentioned and panic from one breakdown to the next.. They really haven't moved on much since the horse and cart but at least tractors don't have feelings unlike mistreated horses, and there were plenty, so that's progress at least.
@@beattybro2 their was 2 ways on the Fords see if the key will turn backwards from off . If not the Intake heater position is just right before the starter engages hold for about 20 seconds then give er a crank . Sometimes you can hear it ignite the fuel in the intake .. Matter of fact keep an eye on my channel I'll go do a short vid on our 2600 . Seeing one do it may be easier to understand
i love ford 3000 cold / normalstart my dad has a ford 3000x from1969 i miss the tractor this sound like your tractor
