Thanks for the review. Installed one last week. Tried to change the angle a bit while the car was on the lift. One of the casters was bent, There was nothing in the installation manual. Tried to get a replacement, no luck! They sent me what they have written on their site. Apparently they do not recommend it. I must admit the wheels on the casters are strong but the structure looks and feels pretty weak.

The ceilling is 15' and the garage door is 7' by 8' and I choose the 4 post it works best for what I need thanks for watching
@@LifeOnWheels717 Did you have to convert your garage door to open higher so the opener and tracks don't hit the car/lift?
Did they use a spacer to level the posts if there is a slope in your garage?
Now that you have had it for a while. Please tell us how you like it. Any problems so far?
Can you post dimensions of the wheel kit? Width between bars? Overall length?

Hey you are Andys buddy rite? I'm looking at these lifts rite now And I think this is the same one in looking at from a warehouse in New holland PA is that where you got yours? is it fully portable?

What model # is this and is this what they call a single point lock mechanism or double point? Thanks!
This model is not for commercial use its made more for homeowners I have had them for years and the bin good to me I found them when a bought a autolocater and they advertise there from Delaware great people to work with there 8000 pound lift

@@lukepowell3142 Does the Pro 8000 lock at all four corners? Or just two?
@@dnice033 Yes all 4 corners lock. Once locked you can verify it by grabbing the cables and feeling the slack, because the weight is no longer on the cables.
@@lukepowell3142 Oh thank you. I was told by the Atlas rep that only the one side locks (i presume the side where the handle is), and if there is an earthquake...the other side could become unhooked and fall down? Was a very odd statement.
Is it bolted down? If not, how do you keep each post level?
One of my lifts is bolted down and I had a company that installed and services the lifts thanks for watching
I am considering this lift! Will it work in a garage that 9ft tall
You need 11 feet high ceiling now in my garages one has 15 feet ceiling and the other does have 9 feet but what I did was I cut a square opening 2 feet deep this way the top of the car goes into the ceiling hope this helps thanks for watching,how is the c8 running I still did not get mine?
LifeOnWheels717 I have 9ft ceiling so I believe mine will work I just need to lift the garage doors. It’s a great car! Have you talk to your dealership?
Hey yes I lift the track for the garage door on mine but with out the cut out in the ceiling was not able to put another car underneath as far as the c8 I was just told they where starting production back up and I should still get mine.
LifeOnWheels717 how tall are those ceiling that you cut the roof in? Before and after?
The ceiling was 9 feet and when I was done with the cutout 11 feet so when I built the other garage I made it 15 feet .
How do you change your tires?
Well on that lift you ca purchase a Jack that goes in the tray that comes with the lift I never bought one because I have a scissors lift so that one I use for storage thanks for watching
