When you have slinger ammo, clutch onto monster's head (or hand in the case of Rajang) and press R2. Most of the case we hit Circle (slap them) to make sure the monsters are facing the wall, so that they will hit the wall and take damage.
@@ir257 It doesn't work if monster is enraged. You can see it from the mini map at the bottom left corner. If on the mini map, the monster is showing red eye then it means it is enraged. Wait until when the eye is yellow (not enraged) then you can perform the slinger shot
