It's difficult to remove door panel, i use a litle more force and break one clips. So don't worry. On the video it looks easy because I remove door panel few times. Start from side where is no speaker and move under to the speaker. I recomennded good quality removal tool are made plastic. And dont hurry.
Door panel is bolted by torx bolts. After when yoy unscrew all of the bolts you need to "pull' the panel. The bets way is using special tools for that. On the video I skipped the boring unscrew moment. If you want ask me something, be more specyfic, I will try to help

You need to find something like that "renault audio/speaker adapter connector". This is the easiest way to connect your speaker without soldering.
