I reckon I am alone in this, but I don't really care what quad the wins come from. At this point, better to just take all the wins you can get, worry about March in March and stop obsessing over it this early in the season. If the guys do the job, tourney placement will take care of itself. If they don't, then it won't matter what quad the games are. Happy new year, Isaac. I don't want to be that guy but this isn't a tournament team after just watching the game. 1. Defense is terrible. These guys can't defend without fouling. They switch on every position then get lost finding their main guy, resulting in mismatches because we play small. No communication or a vocal leader. Does this coaching staff watch film because Van Lubin hedges off his man too much on p&r and leaves his man open way too much. 2. We can say we don't have bigs but Washington 6'10, James 6'10. If you rotate Withers, VAL, Claude at the 4 we have size. I don't see the effort to get the ball to them nor do I see the bigs (Washington, VAL, Withers) asking for ball. Have they worked on a skill set? 3. We've got athletes but you would never this because they are standing still in corners. This guy has recruited scorers not shooters. This 4 out crap doesn't work. 4. Who is the leader of the squad? No one has stepped up to take that role and it's killing us. bacot, Ryan, Ingram, were the leaders that allowed Davis and Elliot to shine last year. 5. It's worrying when players don't want to come to UNC especially bigs when they would Automatically start for us that we couldn't get at least one high profile transfer.
You talking about Louisville need to quit shooting threes cause they’re not hitting them. You can say the same thing for Carolina. You love to talk about other people stats like Carolina is not right there with them in the same teams that you be talking about the stats, they beat Carolina. They not doing all that running and gunning rain threes that You was claiming all summer alone. Tyson is not shooting and hitting anything. RJ is not shooting lights out. He barely hit and shots. Jackson is the only person that’s shooting good for Carolina so you have some nerve to be talking about other people team when Carolina is not doing anything they cannot shoot.🤦🏽♂️🤔🤦🏽♂️🤔🤦🏽♂️
