Call me out if i am wrong but pretty sure you can use the Ginryumon effect on already suspended digimon, which should then just apply the not unsuspend part as long as a tamer is underneath.
Looking at Ginryu's effect, the "not unsuspend" specifically says "THAT Digimon can't unsuspend" so the target has to the the one that was suspended by the initial Ginryumon effect, with the Not Suspend being the follow up after the first effect goes through.
They’re 2 separate effects that aren’t conditional. Same reason rosemon x can declare on an already suspended Digimon and have it be unable to unsuspend.
@@HyperColosseum definitely not. it has to be as specific as BT8 Samadhi Santi or RB Ghilliedhumon to work that way. "That digimon" simply means the same digimon you chose to suspend. Unlike effects like ST Megagargo ACE that let you suspend something and target something else for the 2nd half of the effect.
Why the Kimera? I don't see any benefit for it in the list other than being a big Heaven's color bundle. You can't blast with Valk Ace on opponents' turn bc the all colors effect is only on your turn. I suppose it's useful to wipe multiple small bodies and whatnot but i feel it isn't worth it bc of the inability to blast evo.
From my own playing of Silphymon, I don't really like Harpymon, I however do absolutely adore Lynxmon. it's an extra 3k neg, has the same colors, and as of writing this comment, I am now thinking about playing Magna X as a 1 or 2 of XD
Both have their upsides, lynx evolves from 0 from gatomon so generally you draw more with them, also it can out floodgates and ukkomon. Harpymon can also net you extra draw by attaking, gain memory, armor purge, evolve again.
@@HyperColosseum to put into perspective. I was able to neg 24k off of an Omnimon in a greymon pile, and deleted it with just DP depletion off of evolving into Silphymon and then into Valkmon. it was overkill yes.

De-digivolve and source strip really kills Partition decks. It's partly why I kept Zudo Ace in my blue decks to help get past it easily.
Agreed! it definitely messes things up and it also halts any ACE play as well

They're both good, Lynx is just more aggro, while Harpy has more defensive options with memory gain or recovery.
