The only thing better than showing this to a doubter of BIM is to let them know they're an extra 7 years behind now in 2022!

Lack of opportunity to work in a BIM environment continues to be a problem for professionals. We find ourselves in catch 22 situations day in day out. I'm interested in how to give an absolute beginner a chance. After all, there is a first time for everyone.

4:20 a three letter word is missing 'fun' : when the tools work: bim is immersive, instructive and enjoyable.

It is insulting and disrespectful how many people are now selling smoke. Efficiency is a concept and a reality long before the twenty one century, with so many acronym dealers specialist to keeping you focused in the form instead of substance, is not going to be easy to achieve for decades. The most ignorant general manager of a modest metal factory understood many years ago that a CNC machine is better than the best qualified worker.
