This happened to me too. Not that dramatic though. He had me call my bank too. So i go to a different phone. After less than 30 seconds talking to my bank they informed me this was a total scam. Now i had this creep on the phone knowing it was a scam. I effed with him a bit and then screamed at him and hung up.
This is the same scam the cartels in Mexico is using . They call business to charge them for protection and manipulate people to go to bank to deposit money and giving them the transaction numbers .

Sometimes I'd get so mad that when I was done yelling and throwing shit, I would just want to start bawling because I was so upset. Then I got to high school, started smoking weed, chilled out in just about every aspect of life, and even though I haven't touched weed in 7 years, I'm way more chill and can laugh stupid things like dying in a video game off

It is pretty weird. One thought I have is that some (if not all) scammers are forced to stay on the call, unless the person calling them starts shooting them with insults. Its either they get fired, or worse. What supports my hypothesis is the fact they sound scared shitless, or even get angry, when you threaten to hang up the phone or turn off your pc. Sure, they don't get paid, but they also sound terrified. Just look at how this schmuck lost his shit when Kitboga said he was going to sign off

yea i work in customer service and it took a couple years to be able to have multiple conversations at once. I imagine this is what hes doing, hes ignoring him and relying on his subconscious to "record" what the guy says and when hes done talking he replays it in his head. thats how i do it anyway. maybe im crazy and kit just has the mental bandwidth of a super server
