    Ok ok, 2 things:
    01. I'm not a native english speaker so the fact that your english is understandable without any subs is a huge plus.
    02. I love that you actually walk the streets showing the shops, buildings, etc as if I was actually the one walking them, and that is awesome. I'm subscribing for more 😉

I used to live in Mino, Osaka and was an Annual Pass holder at USJ. It’s so weird to see those places so empty 😳
I hope I can come back to Osaka, Japan and especially USJ soon! ❤️

Rion your videos keep getting better and better! I was in Osaka just over a year ago and it is shocking to see it so empty! And we had to line up at Hozen-ji! So quiet. Thank you for sharing with us!

Thanks for the great tour of Osaka. I'm glad you were able to visit Universal Studios on such a beautiful day. I could feel your joy at seeing the Universal globe again. I know how it feels to be back home and see a special place that makes you feel so good. It was sad to see the different places you visited were so empty of people, and I could also feel your disappointment at that, especially for the food vendors in Osaka who rely on travelers to sustain their businesses. I could also feel your compassion for their situation and your hope that the situation in Japan will improve soon. Arigatougozaimashita, Rion, for another enjoyable video. 👍

I am so glad I found your channel. I remember those streets so vividly when I went there last 2018. Indeed, Osaka looks gloomy without crowd. It makes me both sad and happy to see it here. I hope I can come back when this pandemic ends. I subscribed. Please feature Nara in the future 😊💜

    Awesome video. Arigato 🙏
It's so sad seeing the streets empty where normally they would be full of tourists. I sincerely hope all the shops manage to weather this unfortunate situation we all find ourselves currently in. I so desperately want to visit Japan and stay for a few weeks touring your beautiful country.

I frequented Hozenji temple while I was an expat in Tokyo from the early 80's to early 2000. I used to travel by bullet train almost every week just to eat in Osaka. Denden st. was one of my fave area in Osaka. For my long years of working in all major cities of Japan, Osaka, Fukuoka and Kobe are my favorite places to go to on weekends and or holidays no matter where I was while I was in Japan and of course Tokyo Disneyland was often included in my itenerary. I missed the country than any other countries I traveled into. I am more at ease and felt at home. Seeing all the places that I used to walked to in this vid gives me a hope to be back after this pandemic ended.

I went to Shin-Imamiya for the 1st time 14 years ago, there are many cheap business hotel there. I did not notice Shinsekai was so close until 2013...during my second trip, I love the Showa era feeling...I remember going to Yodobashi Osaka because I lost a camera lens cap or lid when I was cycling during the Shimanami Kaido, it fell from my bag and it might had been lost into some field in Ehime prefecture, lol, so during my way back to Osaka the first thing I did after getting off the train was to replace my lens cap/lid

So many memories coming back since we visited Japan and USJ from 2019. Every time you walk around I always say to myself, "we were there!" or "we passed by there!". So sad to see there are not a lot of people because of the situation we are all in. USJ is not USJ if there are no people. I just hope and pray that this will pass and we get to enjoy life again.
