She has a platform already due to TH-cam and she got opportunities given to her to get into acting so she took them. Like I said before she is still learning and I personally think she is doing an amazing job and she shouldn’t be put down for a passion that she has! Have you not heard of ‘be kind’?
My point was that she doesn’t need people like this tell her that she is ‘bad’ because it’s rude and unnecessary. I think you should also may do a Google search to see how many actors/actresses actually went to acting school and I think you would be very surprised.

I'd say there's definitely potential, she knows how to be natural on screen and stuff it's just her delivery, facial expressions and actions feel too forced to be good. If she took acting classes I'm sure she'd be a good actress.
@@erads2185 She's been taking acting lessons with a private coach for, I think, four years now? I agree with you that if she'd had lessons in a group setting she might have had some hope but I can't see her improving at this stage - I don't really think she has it in her to be an actor.

That "American accent" in the beginning was absolutely horrific. I hate how whenever British or Australian people are asked to do an "American accent" they always go for the "valley girl/surfer guy." In reality, only about 0.5% of Americans speak like that, if even that. It's laughable and stupid that she has fellow British actors to look up to who successfully do realistic and natural American accents (such as Benedict Cumberbatch in Doctor Strange/Avengers, Tom Holland in Spiderman/Avengers, as well as Andrew Garfield in his Spiderman movies) and still does such a parody-like, unnatural, and stupid job with it.

It's very hard to do a different accent, you have to completely hide your own accent, it wasn't the worst american accent I've heard an actor do but definitely wasn't good, she needs an accent coach.

@@af98 Yes, someone's acting could get better with lessons over time but, the people who make it into a career have natural talent deep down. Acting classes are just there to help refine your natural talent. It won't make a terrible actor into an Oscar-worthy one. You either have it or you don't.

I feel sorry for her. The play in particular is atrocious, blankly reciting lines as though that's enough; never once creating a believable character from whom the words would come naturally. You can tell where the comedy accents are in the lines but she kills them with her pedestrian delivery.
Don't feel sorry for her. She's always been a twatty narcissist who thought she was better than everyone.
Now, she ruined her marriage and convinced herself she can act.

She has potential it's just she needs acting classes, that's all, she quite clearly has potential you can't lie.
@@erads2185 Somebody who needs acting lessons shouldn't have been given the lead in a play, and I'm happy to be proved wrong but she shows zero acting potential in any of these clips, maybe because they are mostly insignificant bit parts. The one lead she was given was a disaster and if any she did show potential she would've been booked for another job. No sign of any stage work lined up and it's been a year.
@@TomRipley7350 Your first point isn't her fault, that's the casting directors fault. Obviously it's your opinion if you don't think she has potential but I definitely see it, she does try way too hard to be good though, stage acting and screen acting are very different but I don't think she understands that so she doesn't translate her stage acting to screen very well. The show she was in was a disaster yes but again that's not her fault, that's just a bad director and bad advertisement. At this stage in her acting career, she won't be getting jobs that fast anyway, so she'll have to do auditions for everything she does. Put it this way, no casting director unless they are desperate for actors are going to go out of their way to find a newbie actor to do a role, they'll just wait for people to audition. She's looking for too much professional work at the moment and that's where she's going wrong, she doesn't have much experience so she needs to do amateur stuff like student films, amateur plays to get more experience until she's ready for professional work.

We can only speculate but we have good reason to believe that Jim wanted/wants kids, but she became part of the LA clique and just wanted to keep doing that and didn’t want any, because making it as an actress in Hollywood is more important. And no one believes she can act in order to do it haha. How I hate the modern world. Jim’s having the last laugh.

This is the first time I'm seeing any of her acting. I was genuinely a fan of hers for years when I was younger and feel like the content she produced suited both her personality and her audience. Sadly, I do not think acting is for her. I think TH-cam and being her 'real' self is a career far better suited to her and cannot see her 'making it' in Hollywood like she aspires to
only given that opportunity just becuase she’s got a TH-cam following. Her acting has no emotion sounds like she’s just been told to read out loud in class. She’s woke up one day and thought I’m going to be an actor, some people can do this becuase they’re naturally good at acting and most are trained from academy’s at a really young age. If she’s aspiring to go to Hollywood then so are the rest of the cast of eastenders, hollyoaks and Corrie. That’s all she’d be OK at. That American accent was absolutely horrific.

What I’m curious about is: other than family and friends she must have got professional people in the industry that told her she’s good and encouraged her to do acting before making a big change in career- who did that?

The scene in the kitchen truly shows how bad she is. Like the girl in the scene with her ACTS so effortlessly and Tanya’s voice is so forced

If she had tried her hand at acting and stepped away from TH-cam for a bit whilst still staying grounded and relatable to her fanbase that would have been fine. The problem a lot of people have is that she totally disregarded TH-cam and all the fans that got her where she is today. No regard either for the fact that without TH-cam she would never have been considered for any of these roles. She also referred to her as actress on her Instagram and clearly thought she was the dogs bollocks when in reality she is worse than most A level drama students.
I used to be obsessed with makeup and loved watching tanya's videos. Idk why but I recently wondered what happened to all the youtubers I used to watch. I looked her up and....oof.

I think she'll one day regret the day she threw away her marriage to a perfectly nice gentleman so that she could pursue a non existent "career" in Hollywood. Money and fame will have a shelf life for her. Friends and family are what make your life in the long run.
