Poor Kris. The player is way too obsessive to want to let them go.
If you listen closely before the player clicks no, it sounds like the player tried to move towards yes, but the little sound where you can’t select something is played (like when you try to take armor off of Susie or give a character a weapon they can’t normally hold); it’s like our choices don’t matter…

@@venade9997 the joke is that he got the phrase wrong. "never fail to disappoint" means "always disappoints", aka "the pie sucks" which is NOT what he intended to say, i assume. its funny cuz berdly tends to mess up phrases, such as when he said "a broken clock is right once a day" ingame, when the actual saying is "a broken clock is right TWICE a day"

Something interesting about the Deltarune community is how Ralsei seems to be more and more forgotten, in favor for Noelle. And I love them both.
its not like ralsei could be in the light world though
Considering he knows about the unused classroom an can travel to different dark worlds he might be able to in chapter 3 or 4
I hope hes able to meet with and be with the rest of the gang off duty. Though Noelle (or whichever lightner would be with us) is definitely his replacement if we snowgrave the whole game.

Yeahh I really like this charcter
It fits especially after what we see in the Snowgrave Route where he drops all pretenses of his crush and annoying attitude in favor of concern for Noelle and wanting to get the dangerous influence away from his friend.
He's learning.
To quote Jeph Jacques, "Here's to being better people than we were in high school." And that process _starts_ in high school.
Kris might be silent, but that doesn't mean they're *_emotionless_* or empty.
We can make them shut up, but not get rid of their emotions

@@Mikhail-Kuznetsov iirc, in-game, when a choice is prompted the soul is closer to one option than another. Since Kris is their own person, they have their own opinions. They aren't like Frisk where they're completely neutral.
Theres the detail of the soul being more closer to the chocolate option, meaning Kris would've said chocolate. But we picked moss.

Kris has control of our options, but not what we pick of those few options.

Canonically Kris does love chocolate because when you give Noelle the chocolate diamond, everyone else talks about how small it is but Noelle is the only one to split it with you because she knows Kris loves chocolate and you and Noelle heal half the original health.

I really feel bad for Kris. Someone taking over your life, making your personality all different, and forcing you to do what they want. I mean would you? Like, lets say in the end of chapter 1 you could select yes, and end the game. Never see the characters again. Never see the ending. Never meet new ones. Miss 6/7th of the game, just because this might be a better way? If there was no epilogue after that.

Berdly saying he had dream is like a happy ending to Noelle's Snowgrave route. He wakes up and joins his friends and thinks what happened was a dream. Just like Noelle

I like this a lot. Hard to know if it'll ever be classified as canon, with all the unreleased chapters for Deltarune, but it's still very enjoyable.

you physically couldn’t. Right before the player selects No, you hear a sound that usually plays when you try to select something you can’t. Seems like they tried to choose Yes but literally couldn’t.

Great job on the animation! This genuinely feels like something from the game. As a player, being forced to sit and watch helplessly as Kris takes control and threatens to tear apart the world you have come to love so much would be such a heart wrenching way to end the game.
It must be the same for Kris, except they live in that world and have to live with the consequences
