Carl English is my second cousin, I’m so happy for him to see that he got so far
Excellent doc. Carl English shows the success that dedication, talent and character can bring. He could have easily dropped his dream and been successful in a traditional career. But he didn't. Well done Carl English. Your parents would be proud. And well done Jeremy Eaton; keep up the doc work.
Jeremy, wonderful effort, great editing and a super perspective on a great kid from Patrick's Cove.
i worked with his brother Gerard at mattamy homes back in the day, n had his sports illustrated article "island hopper". hope he stays in st johns with the edge
beautiful and inspiring story

This is great! Can you guys please post your original documentary of Carl as a teenager "From Highway to Hard Court: Carl English's Quest for the NBA"? Cannot find it anywhere!
There should have been a Canadian made-for-TV movie about this guy. There would have been if he was a mainlander.
Great video!
