I like how player 2 is colored red in the Attract Mode because it makes me think of some random Mountie from Canada who came down to shoot a bunch of criminals outside of his jurisdiction like in "Beverly Hills Cop".
This was so fun to watch 🤣 hilarious to see these old crime fighting games, the situations are always so extreme. The walking animation of our crime fighting protagonist is so clunky and awkward, I was expecting some kind of cool Batman or Robocop-esque walking style lol
Man Philadelphia was a mess in the late 80s. Maybe they need to bring back ESWAT so residents can feel safe around the stadium again. Safe from criminals, I mean. You can never feel truly safe around Eagles fans. That’s just a given.
Again, why couldn't sega have implemented such an engine for their console back then? I have always wondered this back in 1992 when I'd play the coin op arcades. It really makes no sense to me?? Im sure others must surely be asking same questions? When we have handheld emulators today that can run such console graphics as snk neo geo, dreamcast, N64, PlayStation and many more then why didn't consoles back then run the same graphics engines for genisis, snes??? 🤔 🤔 🤔 🤔
I’d recommend putting some effort into reading about how graphics hardware on the MD and SNES worked. There were hardware limitations around palettes, sprite sizes, number of sprites and of course available memory on cartridges.
If Sega implemented arcade level hardware on the Genesis, the console would have been too expensive. Just see what happened to SNK. Their Neo Geo MVS couldn't compete because of that.
Nobly pursuing somebody accused of 'attempted murder' and meanwhile killing hundreds of men to get to him
Sort of like John Wick. But he wears Robocop's body armour.
Remember seeing this game advertised in gaming mags. Always wanted to play it. What a great game.
I can't get over that funny walk animation with the free hand shaking. Doesn't even change when he gets the robot suit.
Diss it all you want, apparently that "free hand shaking" thing is the key to being an expert marksmen. He never misses!
Reminds me of Robocop.
Sega's answer to Namco's "Rolling Thunder" and Data East's "RoboCop".
A time of no COVID-19,no social media and no annoying ppl that we have today...great era...
Great game ! I miss this time when i go To play arcade with friends. Good To pass the time!
I love the Sega Genesis version. This is pretty good for the time too.
I'd forgotten all about this, thanks for the memories. For some reason I thought you could call a dog, maybe I'm mixing it up with shadow dancer
This playable documentary about California gets top marks for realism!
Hit and Run fleeing!? Not in my TOWN!
*Hops in kill suit*

our bullets are way faster than theirs
This game is a timeless jewel
That ending message though. Let’s not waste it!
Hoo men. I remember this Game in arcades.
Años buscando este juego, gracias.
SHINONI 1988 THE SAME ENGINE GRAPHICS!
This game has a more coherent plot than the movie Samurai Cop.
Ost stage 3, great AND beautiful
Winners dont use drugs....anti-drug slogan that was included in arcade games 😀😍
The first endless battle has ended? What? When I got to the bottom of the bottomless pit I was blind and saw such terrible sights.
At 10:00 he says " You die for this, punk"
I thought he said "You die police man!"
@@m-w-y7325 that would have been funny:) but i think he can tell between police and gangsters:)
You made that look way to easy

great run 🤩🤩
Just like the *Robocop* game and *Bad Duds* but hey that's a good thing! 👍🏼
Got to appreciate a game where you play as a dumpy overweight middle aged cop
bIG bULKY E-OFFICER RIDES in tiny car? 😂
Thank god for the invention of diagonal shooting 🤣
So, player 2 control an officer of the royal Canadian mounted Police?
Is that supposed to be Stryker from Mortal Kombat 3

Did they literally use these assets to make the Robocop game or vice versa?
If you're just curious enough to read the machine diagram, you'll notice that it's just a bunch of misspelled and gibberish words...
Chin gun is my favorite
Just say no to drugs! Lol
It's like Paul Blart mall cop the game. Just needs a segway level and we are set
Old Nerd supporting 👍😉
never seen some many sloooow bullets on screen before.
Very nice
8:52- Robocop vs King Kong
🤖🚔🤴🦍
1989年は日本では特撮で機動刑事ジバン放送されてました。
The first boss reminded of Karnov character? LoL 😂
Great game
Classic ☺
Son más útiles en su versión humana que la versión robótica ya que se quedaban sin balas muy rapido
I Still prefer the mega drive version
I still need to check that version out
I agree it's the best. Levels are more imaginative and it's just a bit more fun to play overall.
The arcade version seems more hilarious, the mega drive version was more dark and fantascientific.
Agree! But I did not know the arcade version! Good to see!
Genesis E SWAT is great but TBH both games are very different compared to each other.
The Amiga port of this game ranks among the worst on this machine. It looks and plays so bad it's almost funny.
Different from the genesis version. Interesting though.
Where is this, Detroit.
Muy bueno 👍
SEGA♥
Looks like a Robocop clone.
Dun goofed?
모션이 시노비랑 거의 같네... 오락실에서 4판가서 맨날죽었는데..ㅠㅠ
Still better than Metal Slug
로보캅 시바꺼 존나어려웠는데 지금보니 개쉽노
This is just Shinobi with a gun
Call of Duty NJ
a copy of robocop/shinobi
Appleseed

Судя по флагу тут живут выланные Лукашенко опозиционеры🤣
