But we are running like day 1 normal level control and day 2 High level control. Is that possible to calculate uncertainty ?. If is it possible how to calculate it, and what formula I have use to calculate uncertainty for HbA1c.

i am so confused - here the MU is SD x2 but in other videos, the MU is SD/square root n, which one is right?

What i standard is
1. first we have to decide concept of precision
2. we can run QC 20 times
3. calculate SD and CV
4. Combined MU is similar to intermediate precision

After calculated SD and CV of precision lab have to multiply with coverage factor either with 1,2,3 if 1 we got 1 SD 68%
What will be CAPA for MU ? What will be acceptability Criteria?
