We loved Boots Off! Looking forward to staying there again. Little Bear and I will give it another go in February, starting from Springer. This time, not just for fun, but we’re Hiking for Healing in Appalachia. We’ll remember you in all of our river crossins’! 💙
Love that you responded to help…you may think you have no skills but you do- and you have youth, strength, smarts and availability….so you can offer a lot to the community. Much respect!! 🥾🥾⛺️❤️
Good to see you again in your wonderful videos! Giving back to the Trail via maintenance and rebuilding feels great and will fill your heart with gratitude for the Trail and the lands it passes through. Thank you for helping!
Jay could benefit from some acupuncture. His mom has given him great care and a wonderful dog life. Thanks for pitching in to help these people out. We all need to focus on community and good now in this tumultuous time.❤
Thanks for giving back to your hiking community! Thanks for continuing to include us in your post trail life! I lived in Bad Godesburg as a kid (ages 5-8) so love your German tidbits of goodies and your mom! My last name is Ludwig but born here!
Dreary cloudy outside but you are always such a sunny person in just about every situation! That’s why we love your vlogs. Only 1 or 2 times have you been down and that was on yourself but you always swing back quickly to being sunny. Helping out is the best thing to do, the other folks will reach out if they are interested to see you when you are in the area. Best wishes that all goes to plan and you get to help as much as you can.
My Bucketlist is to hike the AT in a few years (retirement). I'm praying it'll be restored. You guys are incredible giving of yourselves to help out these communities devastated.
Good luck down there. They really need some help. I was at Mountain Harbour when the flood hit. That was the end of my section hike. Very devastating to those people who live there and support the hikers. You're a good person for taking the time to help. Awesome.!!!
Thanks for sharing your adventures. Awesome what you’re doing to help out as well! Loving the German things you share also, I’m second gen in this country. Mom came from Hamburg area.
Good morning, Juliane. Glad you made it to Boots Off safely. I'm sure you will be a big help there and wherever you are sent to work, whether it be clean up around a hostel or trail maintenance. Wish I was in physical condition to help but no such luck. Take care. Stay safe. See you tomorrow.
What a great video. You have done so much driving but boy, so worth it. You will definitely need to climatize after the warmth and sunshine of Florida. Excited to follow on as you help out the South during these tough times. Happy trails. 🤘🏻🥾⛰️
Love that you’re helping out in the area! You’ll have to try Cootie Brown’s on your way back to Vermont (good BBQ :-)). I appreciate your post-trail vlogs - thank you for continuing to create videos!
Thanks for helping out with the trail. I know it's greatly appreciated from people all over the world. Myself included. You that there RR bootscoopin out and about are an awesome- ist kind person. Thanks for all you do and are doing. - Shybee
I love these videos! Living vicariously through your adventures from my desk job, lol! It is encouraging me to get out in my little part of the world more. Thanks for these!
I think it's wonderful that you are helping out..I'd of liked to have known you were coming that close to me..I'd of tried to at least meet and share a burger.. Blessings for safety and mostly fun😊. 🙏🙏
What a coincidence, I have been watching sina-drums do a drum cover of that song for two days now. Then I hear the song on a hiking dancer video. Awesome song. Check out sina drums cover it’s incredible.
Improving the Stock. Prussian. That would entail a messy type of work that I ordinarily don't do. Plus stuff fees are expensive. Would you care fur a VDV squad instead Goddess?😊
People really don’t appreciate being lectured to. I’m sure I could find something you do in your life that’s not safe. An entire video and all you can find is something wrong. Look for the good in people. “Be Safe” is not the epithet I want on my grave stone.
@@Hikingin70sshorts thanks for the lecture; I really appreciate it! There is tons of good in Roadrunner, obviously. I WANT her to be safe, for herself and all those around her on the road in my state. ✌️
Kerry mine was not a lecture, it was a reply to yours. I would think as an ancestral dietitian and as such, someone who places value on the past, would agree our ancestors lives were not smothered with laws. As with toxic foods, the over reaching hand of government has an inflammatory effect on our mental and physical health. Next it won’t be legal to eat while driving. It’s not as innocent as safety, it’s about control. We saw this during Covid. It looks like you don’t have any children, your dogs may be your kids. That’s cool, I love dogs, but Roadrunner is a smart woman, an accomplished woman, she has a respect for people and the law, she already has a mom.
I am SO SO happy to see an influential, thru hiking TH-camr doing trail maintenance! As a hiker in the PNW I make it a point to do trail maintenance about once a month and it is incredibly rewarding. The trail offers so much for mental and physical health and it would be great to see even more influential hikers get involved. ❤🏕️🥾

Well that answers one of my questions😂 i was going to ask you if you do a q&a would you stay in the same hostels agin😅
Hey Mama Bear! I have followed Hiking Dancer since her original AT hike! It is so cool to see you here. 😊

So normal, sometimes people come into your life for seasons, and life changes, but you hold on to the cherished memories.
Thank you, thank you for helping!!! I’ve donated money since I can’t go and physically be there but thank you so much for doing what you can!
Great to see you again in your element. Looking forward to more updates.
Love your natural energy and the way you tackle obstacles either hiking or just living and always looking for the next episode peace and hugs.

This is great content. We are getting to see things up close and unfiltered. I look forward to tomorrow!
So kind hearted to do some trail maintenance at Boots Off :)

Road trippin, cranking some Hasseloff...classic. 🇩🇪
That is so nice that you are helping out in TN! That lake that you hiked to is beautiful and so serene and peaceful!😊
Holy cow it looks sooooooo cold! I am a baby!!
Interesting. I enjoy seeing your journey to your destination. 😊
Love the frost on the windows. Early morning driving at it's best.
Sending some trail magic to help with your food expenses as you travel to pass along acts of kindness. Keep shining bright.
Thank you so so much
Nice to see you back

Don’t sleep in rest stops or truck stops. Dangerous!!
Road trippin'
There is no way I could live in a cold weather state. I’m a Southern boy. Don’t freeze in Vermont.

How you doin . Having coffee .. My intention for the day .
Road Runner, do you think you would ever thru hide the AT again?
Yes
Has far as the trail Maintenance see if you can do some new skill learning as well
It’s illegal and dangerous to drive and vlog with a phone in your hands in 29 states; I think it’s a good rule for all states. Be safe!

@@Hikingin70sshorts Save your lecture. It's illegal for a reason, safety. It's ignorant to use handheld devices while driving and ignorant to dismiss.
