That guy in the orange shirt is so versatile! He practically knew every aspect of this sawmill’s operations. He’s indeed an all-around guy. Management should value this guy’s initiative and industriousness. He works without being told and finds solution to every problem in the operation. Sadly, i have not seen him in the succeeding videos of Kiswa Mebel.
Or raising the blade guard while the log is sawing and the one fellow's head is inches from the spinning wheel. Oh, I'm most amazed at the bare feet handling slabs off the sled which takes 5 guys just to tip onto the ground.
The forklift was capable of carrying only 3.5 tons, not ten tons. That number 35 on the side of the TOYOTA forklift says it. This wood was probably 3 tons in weight.

That is very, very tough and lots of challenges and worth fortune if cut properly...That is very important to preserve the grain of the log if not ,worth less than merely hundred dollars not surprised !!!!!!
I was a forklift driver for many years, both civilian and army. That guy under those blades made me feel sick. That forklift was not designed for that weight. Madness.

I can believe the Osha people would be getting quite bald by now! Apparently SE Asia hasn't a clue about worker safety. It is no wonder their manufacturing costs are so low.
There’s no way that log weighed 10 tons. The forklift couldn’t pick it up. Furthermore, there is no way that it is worth that much money, the video speaks for itself and it’s fun to watch. I don’t understand why you have to have so much BS in the title of.
Angkat pakai forklift kecil...itu bukan 10 ton...paling sekitar 5sampai 6 ton....kelihatan kayu yh di tanam di pinggir jalan....banyak dsini tinggal ambil....boong 1,2 m nya...jangan terlalu di lebihkan
Jim I know you're in heaven watching this. I miss playing at your sawmill in Kingsville, TX!
Definitely a “safety-first” culture. 😂

LOL. OSHA would love this operation.
Labor is cheap. Somebody loses an arm, plenty more where they came from.
People use , COMMON SENSE, OSHA wouldn't know about that...
BEAUTIFUL VIDEO
13:05 always have hand pushing towards the blade for best safety practice
That's why people in this job usually have arms, hands, fingers and toes missing.
I get very nervous indeed.
Joining the the structure so accurately and perfectly is a sign of top professionalism, beyond any doubt.
If the wood is worth 1.2 billion, the saw dust has to be worth at least 100 thousand.
There's an Indonesian version of Tony Montana selling little bags of sawdust to kids on the street
Ah, but 1.2 billion what?
@@tikaanipippin I would guess the Indonesian Rupiah. Which is 16,000 to $1. Making it about $75,000
This is not U S DOLLARS
Wow!!! Beautiful wood!!!
The dude in the orange was stressing me out!
You aren't the only one, thought his new nickname was going to be stumpie.
a really good guy, very good at his job!
Nice looking wood. Has a really nice grain.
Tembesi sebesar itu wow mantap👍
Awesome looking slabs guys! That is some beautiful wood.
Hadir om...❤❤
Emang besar2 bang kayu nya... Top banget
., l
Nice health and safety around the hoist and log
wonder where we in NA can we by these steel toed sandals...
You don't need health and safety when Raiden from mortal kombat is on your work crew
Its wonderful
Thank God these folks were wearing their safety sandals!
Tempat saya, kayu trembesi hy di potong2 doang, trs di bakar, PD hal kayunya seratnya cukup keren.
10k lbs....limit of the forklift
1.2B rupiah = ~$75k
Beautiful beautiful slabs I would love to have a couple of those. Those would make beautiful countertops
That cut with the E on it would make a beautiful island
Tristeza ver uma árvore desse tamanho derrubada.
Ganância demais.
Kayu trrmbesi di daerah saya bnyak di jadikan bahan baku palet
I’m on edge watching these workers !
Ya thank goodness for their SAFETY concern.
Fantastic-looking woodgrain.👍
Wow, a 10-ton load! The Trembesi wood from Tondano, Sulawesi, worth 1.2 billion, being sawed by I Sawmill is just impressive.
If they're talking dollars, they need to replace the 'b' with an 'm', maybe.
Oh man! That guy in the orange shirt pushing on that log without even looking at the blade as he pushes!!!
The lack of any sort of safety precautions is astounding!
He is far to casual near the end of the slab, one slip of his footing and he meets the Higher Power at the gates.
One slip, that's all it takes, madness.
That’s how he got his half brother.
Or raising the blade guard while the log is sawing and the one fellow's head is inches from the spinning wheel. Oh, I'm most amazed at the bare feet handling slabs off the sled which takes 5 guys just to tip onto the ground.
All are wearing proper safety gear. What a team.
Cilacap murah2 boss kayu trembesi
Terima kasih infonya
Ditempat saya namanya "munggur" ... termasuk kayu murah, cuma yg besar2 sudah agak langka
BOOM Boommmmmm that's very heavy wood 😮😮😮
I knew damn well that was too much weight for that forklift
Nice to see that everybody is wearing their safety slippers.
Very impressive, but... 1.2 billion? Not a chance.
1.2 Billion Indonesian Rupees... about 75K USD
If they've been cutting large trees for many years, why haven't they installed a lifting system to handle them?
That cost money! Workers are cheaper!
Not worth it as there won’t be any damn trees left.
Beautiful slabs
hi there nice thanks john
How old was that tree?
The forklift was capable of carrying only 3.5 tons, not ten tons. That number 35 on the side of the TOYOTA forklift says it. This wood was probably 3 tons in weight.
Correct, they do need a larger forklift though, they should never run that close to capacity, also that 3.5 tons is not meant to be lifted, so high.
They also need to invest in a motor and chains to move the work bed back and forth.
@@charlesstockford6003 I have been designing that in my head also. 🤜🏼👍🏾👍🏻👍🏿👍🏼👍🏻 💯

would be nice to see a finished product...what was made and how was it made from the cut wood

The wood must be a lightweight softwood, that forklift would never do that with a white oak that size. Hard workers here.
Mantap
It's amazing how they work with flip flops on with no goggles and no masks .they do brilliant job tho ..

THAT IS A GREAT TABLE TOP
Kayinya gede bangat luar biasa
Shout out to dudes that do what they gotta do.
I don’t care what it is worth. I still would like some of that.
How long does it take to air dry those huge slabs?
Slabs usually take about one year per inch of thickness.
I find it hard to beleive 10 tonnes Weight when the forklift is rated for 3.5 tonnes ?
Trembesi.... Ala munggur iki...
Supposed 10 tons weight being moved and a guy in flip flops. Who does he think he is, Wranglerstar?
Just distroying the planet
masuk bang...mantap ini kayu ..
Sawing 1.2B logs ought to give the mill some extra money to buy more equipment.
Worth 1.2 Billion in what currency?
Rupiah indonesia
Osha would faint seeing how they are dressed
Very big wood
Are those OSHA approved flipflops?
Extremely nice! Each cut is worth thousands of dollars.
Thank you sir... the trembesi wood has beautiful fibers
1.2 Billion what? If it's rupiah, it's about $75,000 US

SEHR SCHÖNE TREMBESI-HOLZFASER, SIR
What is the purpose of nailing the piece of wood on the end?
so that the wooden plate doesn't break, sir
How do they keep from someone getting killed or terribly hurt in this death tap?
TIP to vid producers: show end results, polished wood, furniture etc....
where do i get those steel toe flipflops..
Clearly people cost less than machines.
a beautiful tree better alive than dead
Duh segede badak tuh batang pohon
Kayu trembesi hampir sama dengan kayu ulin kalo utk peralatan air laut..
Not much attention to safety footwear and what is the safe load for the forklift.
No safety standards here at all.
1.2 Billion? Grains of Rice?
Is it very rare to make it worth that much?
Trembesi dngan kayu Sungkai bgus mna?
ON YOUR MAIN HEADING THE PIC OF THE LOG LOOKS WAY BIGGER THEN IT IS IN YOUR VID SO MISLEADING ALL THE WAY
Funny seeing no boots working around all that heavy equipment and logs
