  • Thai heavy balm workout involves a heavy ball when performing dribbling combos. The heavy ball will improve your handles and get it to that next level. The heavy ball makes the basketball feel really light and you end up having a great feel for the ball. I feel like heavy ball will help a lot of players improve their strength for their handles.       whats the point of the heavy basketball then if you're using the regular one? doesnt make sense. just uses one.

    double cross between 30 sec
    in and out cross 15 sec each side
    continuous tween 30 sec
    inside out cross 30 sec
    tween double btb 30 sec
    tween cross inside out 15 sec each side

    It is not a good idea to do low tap because the ball is too heavy, you're basically smacking the ball with your fingers, the risk of injury is too high.
