- The plaintiffs say they made a terrible mistake by renting an apartment with the defendant and her girlfriend, and claim they had to call the police on them. They’re suing for the cost of an eviction. The defendant and her girlfriend say the plaintiffs stole and vandalized their property. They’re countersuing for the property and defamation.
I'm definitely preparing my daughters to be financially stable so they can live alone. This is ridiculous.

It’s not always about financial stability but sometimes for social development it’s good to share as long as you have contracts in place and rules, no long term leases or contacts etc. I’ve always been able to live alone because my mother and father raised me to be educated and financially dependant and able to hold a career and home, when I was ready I left but as I was in a long term relationship I moved with my partner, I knew I’d be the main money maker as my career allows me a very steady, nice salary. But we share responsibility, as much as any woman/man really 😂 but my best friend lives in a home with her partner and her friend and her partner and for me that’s just not what I want. They’re all financially stable and raised to be independent but they like the social aspect. It’s about teaching your children to be mature, independent and grown up. These girls fighting over who will take out the trash, it’s petty. It needs to be with someone you trust, has shown you maturity and has the ability to stick to the rules etc. This is petty and immature all over

I believe that the defendant was cleaning up often but got fed up with the fact that she's working all day and coming home to clean and instead of talking to the roommates that sit at home all day about it, she just stopped doing it. Then one day the plaintiffs noticed the dishes weren't being done etc. and started accusing the defendants of being dirty because they could now see the extent of the work that had been done prior
This is exactly what happened to me with my college roommates. I leave the house at 7am come back 7-8pm to dirty dishes, trash overflowing and the bathroom just ugh. I can definitely understand the defendants

I had roommates before.
I remember cleaning the whole house but 1 bedroom, they complained that I didn’t clean that one bedroom!
I also remember when I came home from school and they told me to only eat rice because they didn’t have enough vegetables to go with the meal.
Today, those people are struggling while my life is fantastic!

My first and last roommate didn’t like taking turns to take out the garbage. She ended up buying herself 3 garbage cans. One was in her room, one was by the bar, and one was right outside her room. Idk how the one in her room would look; but the one by the bar and outside her room would be full all the time and food splattered on the wall. However I took the garbage out in the kitchen all the time; which I’m pretty sure she used that one too. Like I said that was my first and last room mate cause she was filthy, had too much traffic coming in, and jealous hearted.

When you’re living with someone it’s best to clean up as you go. Clean the bathroom and wash your dishes as you go. Make sure your room is clean before you leave the house. Joint chores should be done on the weekends either together or alternate, and keep track of it. I was in Girl Scouts, that’s how they taught us☺️
Having a roommate is mental & emotionally draining. Cleaning behind a grown person who can financially live on their own but would rather drain your rinds is worse smh.
