Read many comments especially those staying in Mumbai. Me too born bought up in mumbai. It's true no onion added in vada. ( There might be rare exception). But it's ok. But sir ji pav Mumbai me jo milte he vadapav ke liye wo to sayad hi kahi aur milte honge. Chutney is Original Maharashtrian style. But vadapav vendors ko nahi parvadti to sirf usme mirchi, lasun, namak aur chura (vada bante time ka namkeen) hota he. And here they don't roast boiled and meshed potato.. simply mixes vaghar into boiled and meshed potato.

Good Evening Sir, Please do not mind, bura lage to maaf kijiyega. Chutney recipe is great, Vada Pav Mumbai ki Shan hai. Mumbaikar daily shaam ko khaate honge. Garib se leke Amir aadmi shauk se khaate hai. Aaj bhi Rs.8/- leke Swati Snacks me Rs.155/- + GST me milte hai. Maaf kijiyega lekin Mumbai me kahi bhi koi Onion 🌰 nahi daalte. Shaayad koi apne ghar me daalte ho to muje nahi pata. Lekin I am 100% sure redi pe ya kahi bhi Onion nahi daalte. Aaloo ki bhaji ko bhunjte nahi hai. Lekin aaloo me masala aur tadka daalke mix karte hai. Aap ka fan hu iss liye likh rahaa hu. Baaki ki recipes aap jaisi kisi aur ki nahi hoti. Mai aap se bahut shikhaa hu. Yeh recipe bhi kal jarur try kaunga. Dhanyavad.
Hello Chef The recipe was simple and easy,but one thing that normally we don't find is onion in the mixture people take it on top kachha Wala.Other than that you are awesome.
