I bought this machine, 3 years ago ,never took it out of the box, afraid I would break it. Where can I get help, I live in mountains 40 plus miles away from any town that would have a sewing store. I also just bought online a Janome sewing and embroidery machine. In 2018 Nov 8th Paradise Ca there was a fire that destroyed our town. I lost at least 6 sewing machines, thread, material for quilts and clothing. I am sort of running out of time I am almost 75. Any suggestions, I purchased my overlock in Chico. I would go back there but I am a little embarrassed.
