@all things tech, thank you for your good work. I have a quick question, is there a chance you will review in the near future the Naxigo TriVision Ultra projector? I think it could be a dark horse on the projector market, especially since it is still available for pre-sale for almost half the price until today. Thanks.
I think rn you can still get it somewhat discounted as a late backer. It’s not as cheap as it was but it’s still cheaper than retail by a couple hundred.
Well in EU add immediately +20-24% tax back again when ordering it. Not to mention, when You get DOA unit, or something else wrong. Its a real hassle to send it back.
I believe all the tests are using a special ALR screen provided by Valerion. Might we be disappointed if we can't achieve the same quality with our regular screens and walls?
@@SnakeDoctor5104 No, ALR stands for Ambient Light Rejecting, it is just rejecting the ambient light of the room, CLR (which are a type of ALR) is for Ceiling Light Rejecting, specifically rejecting light coming from above the screen
Is it worth the MSRP though? We all know there is no limit to the amount available. They will keep increasing it to the very end. Also, I'm assuming the actual selling pruce after the kickstarter will be $500-$1000 below MSRP by the end of 2025.
It's a risk your welcome to take. The projector went toe to toe with a $15000 jvc and came out on top. The discounts and extras included, are more than enough to motivate backers.
Given its performance, Many folks in the know , Including myself , believe its a great value at the MSRP. Lets take the max MSRP == $4K. It has the nerve to give $12K-$15K projectors a run for its money. I believe that some of these negative reviews are owners of those monstrosities (haters) who are incredulous that you can get such value at 25% of what they paid for theirs.
@@SnakeDoctor5104 Not sure about beating a $15k JVC unless is a old model, but the Valerion will definitely be worth the money. I watched the Hook Up comparison and it was interesting.
Nah projectors are obsolete imo. It like 2 times the price of high end TVs. Not only that but there's more nuances to them. You need a good screen to counter high lit rooms meaning if you plan on moving the projector you will need to plan on remounting thee screen as well. They have lower refresh rate and do not last as long as tv's. Do your research people.
You sound like someone who never had a projector. Once you go in , its a different world. When you want a bigger screen you just move to a bigger wall/projection space, because you can take it anywhere. Let see you pull that trick with an OLED TV.
@@gontrand2416 300 inch tv screen is irrelevant to me. Nice try tho.. but can care less for a screen that big. And when it does go that big it ..the quality gets washed out.
@@brucesmith1754 Nah unnecessary. You get more quality from a screen smaller than 75 inches anyways. Big screen for less quality the bigger it goes? Why lol? It's a gimmick at that price point compared to normal TVs.
All youtuber promotion ads are 80% misleading, they just follow what is asked. I have check many videos about projectors then buy LG HU915QE which no body talking or under rating. Apart of that I am very pleased about the performance and result of this projector. Think sensible rather excited.

I just ran into these yesterday. Too late for discount. Now, I can never buy it out of general principal. 😢

Do you know if it automatically detects HDR? Or if you have to manually select Dolby Vision or Imax Enhanced?
Automatic
SO: What are the differences among the various models?
Brightness, contrast keeps getting better. Difference between pro 2 and max is dynamic iris and vertical lens shift. Should make it easier to setup?

VAT and Import duty is covered by Valerion if you are in the EU.
@@vinothkmr Where did you read that?
"Custom Fee Covered" thats not a VAT.
I am not a backer, so I cannot write a comment there, what this custom fee actually means?
@@TRHardware for eu customers it will be shipping from german warehouse. question asked to Valeron and customs and VAT are included in Eu.

Check the reviews . Positive commentary has been made on results of wall projection with this unit. My pledge is in!
Untrue. An ALR screen is designed for ultra short throw projectors that sit below the screen. This projector works great against any screen or wall
@@allthingstech No, an ALR screen is not designed for UST, only the CLR ones are.

if anyone is interested in getting one, I may go in with you and you can get a special price on the second one. We could split the savings.
Prolly will buy today!

Vaileron... Not Valerion? 😂
The max isn't shipping until may of 2025, no thanks
All the reviews have been for the Pro 2 which ships in December. It trounces all projectors in its price range and some above it
Then pay full price
There was a registration process where 500 people will get a pro 2 till May and yes. I'm in. Hurray.
