    Just added the stainless high clearance links,so I'm in the process of suspension tuning right now.

      I like testing out the rig and then tuning it up. Finding out what gets better performance. One of my favorite things about this hobby.

      Great info that servo is nice 👍🏻 Do you use the original wheel nut or the one that comes with the extender after fitting the hex

      @danielfiander5731 yes it is just long enough to snug it down.

    Hi There , Great Video! I'm looking for a nice (heavier) set of high clearance suspension links and don't like the Furitek ones as they are cramped. The Traxxas are too long. Do you know if they are any links that would be a good upgrade for the FX118? Thanks Mark

      Yes the CR18P links are awesome. I ended up switching them out to these. They are backordered but I heard they will be in stock in the next week or two.

    Do those scx24 extensions work with the brass portal covers? Cheers

    So it’s confirmed that the SCX extensions work? I’ve seen people say they do and others say they don’t…. Some have said the lip on the back side of the SCX hex pushes against the portal covers.

      @@hyperc5249 you think it's a decent upgrade? Trying to get more articulation

    • @hyperc5249
      @hyperc5249  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@JN-qr4yt that's about your only option for more articulation.

    Why nobody use wheel weights? Are they completely useless?

    • @hyperc5249
      @hyperc5249  หลายเดือนก่อน

      You can but rotating mass is harder on the drive train. It does have it place. I prefer unsprung mass. IE stationary weight on the axles, steering knuckles, ect.
