I purchased this Proform bike a week ago and have cycled everyday since. As someone who has experience with indoor cycling, i can say I am a huge fan of the ProForm so far. I get everything I need out of it without the price tag of a peloton or going to a cycle bar type class
I couldn't agree more! I've been sitting here for weeks trying to figure out which indoor spin bike to buy. I need one that has live classes because I'll get sidetracked and probably won't be as motivated. I use to go to an awesome spin class every week but in Feb 2019 I was suddenly diagnosed with End-Stage-Cirrhosis and was bed ridden for a year. Of course when I finally start to be mobile the darn pandemic hit us all! Well that's another year of not doing anything really. I was 119 lbs when I left the hospital which isn't my ideal weight being 5'9". My ideal weight would be around 125-130 lbs. I've always been that weight until I fell ill. I got up to 206 lbs. ! I'm at 197 lbs. now. My body is limited to what I can psychically do but my mind thinks I can do everything I use to do but I can't. That's when I thought having a "spin class" at home (where people can't watch me either) and doing something that I also enjoyed an indoor spin bike would be awesome. Like I said I've been searching and trying to gather up some money and figure out what to buy. I've ALWAYS wanted a Peloton bike but with that price, yikes! Any way my whole point of my little rant is THANK YOU for sharing even though nobody asked for it, LOL. I ASKED for it ~ so I greatly appreciate you sharing your comparison!! I have been using a SPINNER brand stationary bike that i bought from second wind years ago. It was a gym bike. I pull it up in front of my computer and use the one peloton app/site and it works well. I have only been paying 12.00 a month for the Peloton app. That having been said, having done this for almost a year, I just bought a peloton bike+. I love the classes and so many of my friends are connected while they are in class that I have been longing to join them and look forward to the community peloton offers. I have been using the App about 9 months at least 4 times a week. Lots of things work but nothing has motivated me like these teachers do
Love my pro form !! Love the iFit classes! Best bang for your buck in my opinion! No recurring fee is awesome ! 2k+ for a peloton plus the monthly fee that’s more than most gyms? Does not fit the fit mamas budget! I’d rather spend that money on great nutrition 🙂
Buyer beware. As they say, you get what you paid for. I bought this ProForm after viewing this video. The concept on the ProForm is great if it worked reliably. The bike worked fine initially, the resistance adjusted to the trainer’s instructions. Unfortunately, after the third time it stopped working at all. I keep getting CH-0 and CH-1 error message and the resistance adjustment will not work at all. Then the pedal started making squeaking noice which got worse and worse to a point I could not tolerate it. Called customer support and they told me a few parts need to be replaced but they are back ordered so they were supposed to be delivered in a month. Got part of the order (the bearing) in about three weeks. The rest, well, I waited for three months now then finally gave up and returned the bike to Costco. By the way, even if the parts were received, they expect you to replace and fix a it yourself if you don’t want to wait another unknown time after the parts are all received. I would not recommend this bike. Not worth the hassle.
Great unrequested review! My wife got me the tour, I'm recovering from a hip surgery and it with iFit for a year is exactly what I needed until I can hit the road!
Three years ago I bought a heavy duty Spin style bike from Sears and started using the Peloton app which I run through a TV. I’m 5’2”, and no stationary bike fits me well, so I can’t justify the money for the Peloton bike to be able to compete with the people in a live class. With my Apple Watch on I can see my heart rate on the screen. I think the classes on the Peloton app are great.
I think if you are really into spinning and riding indoors I think the Peleton can make a lot of sense. But for a beginner or someone who does it periodically then the Pro Form may be the way to go.
I have the Pro-Form and cannot be happier, especially at that price point. Bought another one to give as a X-mas gift to my oldest daughter since we were so impressed with the first one. Another daughter has her Peloton Plus coming sometime in 2021, as it was on backorder, so will be able to do own comparison when it arrives.
I agree with your analysis that the Pro-Form max resistance is not high enough out of the box. There is a pretty simple tweak that can be done to move the resistance magnets closer to the flywheel, which increases the max resistance. I found the instructional video on how to do that here on TH-cam. Should be pretty easy to find. Along with the Pro-Form bike we also got the Pro-Form rower from Costco as well as a NordicTrack (same parent company as Pro-Form and iFit) treadmill. Just as pleased with them as well.
Thanks so much for your straightforward comparison of the Proform CBC vs Peloton Bike+. I love to bike outdoors and have considered a stationary bike for quite a while. I have used indoor resistance devices for my bikes, but it just doesn't feel like a spin class bike. I have been comparing stationary bikes for purchase this year, and was impressed with the features of the Costco bike for the money. The Peloton seems to be the gold standard, although NordicTrac looks good also. When I learned I could get the same classes on the CBC, and with the iFit control of the resistance, I thought this was an absolute bargain for the money spent. Your video corroborated my thoughts. Although I just viewed your video (trying to convince myself that this bike is a good choice), I purchased one yesterday at Costco. I am still preparing the space and have not yet set it up. I will be glad to contribute my thoughts when I have them. BTW, last year Costco did a BF deal on a similar model for $299. I will watch and see if I can get a price adjustment. I will look at your other related videos. Thanks for doing this video.
I bought the Proform at Costco last week and have been researching Peloton with some buyers remorse. This comparison is exactly what I needed to see and am now pretty happy with my purchase. Thanks for posting!
@@TheGinger_King Yes! You can also cast what's on your phone to a TV if you have that capability with your phone and TV. Which is what I've been doing. It's awesome.
@@AnthonyDalBen thank you! That was the last thing that was holding me back. If I had to buy a tablet, it would of eaten a little bit into the deal from getting the bike. Let’s hope Costco has it in stock like they did this morning
This is the review that pushed me over the edge to buy the pro form. Got mine set up within an hour last night. Great option to just burn calories. I decided I didn't need to spend all that money on an indoor bike. I'd rather build up my cardio and put the dollars towards a better real road bike....thanks man!
Love it Gavin. Great to hear your story, I like your line of thought, I would also love to upgrade my 7 year old well worn road bike to a fresh gravel bike with some thick tires and new components. Happy riding sir.
My only complaint with the ProForm is that the resistance doesn't really change until level 10 and then the max resistance is still pretty low (still okay for me, though). It could be the way I have the drive train adjusted. Also, I MacGuyvered an iPad holder that sits ABOVE the Proform control buttons and little screen, so I can adjust the resistance and see the bike display without moving the tablet. It took quite a bit of thought and searching for the correct book holder, mounting tape, and strap to do this, but the end result is really sturdy and works really well. I really like my Proform! Now I need to change my seat and put clip pedals on it to make it perfect. The ride is super smooth, and the bike doesn't make any noise at all, unlike my previous clackety Reebok Studio Spin Bike. And ... I bought it from a guy for 200 bucks (so I didn't get the iFit membership). I don't have $2500 bucks to pay for a spin bike, and I definitely don't want to pay 40 dollars a month for any type of membership to anything, lol. I bought the cheap 12.99 a month Peloton subscription and it is totally working for me. Thank you so much for this great review! I feel much better about my purchase now, and I actually learned a lot about my new bike!
Awesome to see a review from a fellow tall person! Easier to make a decision regarding he!ight specific needs after watching this video. Thanks so much!
Proform makes excellent stuff with great customer service. I just bought a Proform spx500 bike for $300 and currently own a Proform Carbon TL treadmill. Peleton is nice, but I feel they're overpriced.
Amazing review! Max Resistance has to be very high for me. Thank you for your help! The fact that you have a break down of your video in the description makes this review perfection! Thank you!
I have seen videos where you can adjust the max resistance. The default adjustment leaves the magnet a little far from the flywheel. I'm too intimidated to do it, but it looks doable.
I was able to pick the Tour De France bike from Costco for $250! I’m pretty excited. I’m not super into biking but I’m hoping this will help me stay into shape! I came a crossed your videos. Thank you for your information. Also, love your neon pothos. I’m obsessed with plants!
Thanks for the video man! I’ve been keeping an eye for bikes for my home gym for a few weeks and had a hard time finding any good reviews besides peloton. Your video made me realize I don’t fit in the peloton group because I just want a bike to use 1) my Apple Watch 2) iPhone and 3) Apple Fitness+ Went out and purchased the ProForm Tour de France and just got my butt kicked on my first ride. One thing for sure, you can’t use an iPad if you want to use Apple Fitness+. But it works fine with the iPhone 👍. Thank you!
This is an informative review of the bike hardware. However, I think it missed the point of why most Peloton owners love their bikes. The classes are fun and motivate riders to work harder than they otherwise would. I've lost count of the number of times I've been tired, but hopped on the bike for an easy ride and to get the blood flowing, but at the end of the ride winding up setting a "personal record" and having a puddle of sweat on the mat below. I am an avid outdoor rider and hated indoor riding until I bought my Pelton.
good point Andrew, I need to focus on the peloton experience more in the future. that being said, as an outdoor rider do you know much about ifit outdoor instructor led destination based rides? they are pretty neat and if you enjoy outdoor rides you may like them, i ended up liking them more than i was expecting when testing out the s22i nordictrack, ifit studio classes are no match for peloton in my opinion though. thanks for your thoughts and comments.
@@TailHappyTV I have never used iFit, so I can't comment on the experience. I'd tried other outdoor ride apps, but never used them for an extended period of time or for many weeks, so I don't know if it would get boring. I suppose if it was done well, it could be quite compelling, especially if the instructors mixed telling you about the area into the training. I looked at other "smart trainer" bike setups before I bought the Peloton, but opted for the Peloton because of it convenience, size, quality and the instructor led experience.
I finally received my Tread+ and Bike+ two days ago. The delivery guys were good. I configured the Tread first and only took a minute or two. HOWEVER, the Bike is DOA! It will not calibrate and I spent all day with brain dead support and my own googling. I did factory resets, upgraded software, etc. The sensor hardware are bad...the bike will not move past the calibration screen. Finally acknowledging this, Peloton support "approved a replacement FRAME only".... This is where, while still trying to be patient, I had to put my foot down. This damn bike hasn't been able to even get SETUP and they're treating it like a warranty issue? Hell no. I insisted on a replacement bike. After a long delay, they agreed to replace the bike and had me pick a F'ing delivery date in MARCH...They put me in a queue like I'm starting over. They won't budge. Meanwhile, my girlfriend and I bought the Tread AND Bike so we could workout concurrently...this has me so pissed I want to just send it back. I'm pretty disgusted. My Review of the Bike+ experience so far: F-
The IFit Classes are no where comparable to Peloton! I just purchased a NordicTrack rower and received the iFit for 1 year, however I was so disappointed that there is no music in the classes! Love my Bike+ and Tread+ and will be happily selling the NordicTrack rower once Peloton comes out with one.
That's the only thing I'm not liking about the ifit app. I need MUSIC!! I like hearing the motivation from the trainers but I need music! I have to put my headphones on but then I can't hear him speaking when to do what next. Ifit needs to fix that
Thanks! Very good job. I'm happy that I have the tour de France CBC one .. I like it and your overview just help me to use it better for next workout. Thanks!!!!!
I bought the peloton plus, was def more what I was looking for. The full experience with the trainers and theme classes keep it from being a coat hanger. I gladly pay more for something I will actually use.
I've watched a few of your comparison videos, thanks because I'm actively shopping for a bike but I do not want to jump in without being thoroughly informed...
I don't really agree with adding a small to medium sized monitor directly to a piece of exercise equipment: it is much easier and better to simply position your bike in front your own big screen tv. What is needed on the bike is (1) an HDMI in and out port, (2) buttons to control display overlays. What I mean by display overlays is: you run your own content on your big screen, but the bike output places an informational overlay on that. No one really needs to pay for a cheap monitor when they already nearly always have a better one already in their home. Also when exercising, distinct discrete buttons are always better than touch screen activations IMO and far less distracting.
@@LMD2915 Outdoor glare would wash out most cheap lcd screens tho, the utility of doing it outdoors would probably depend on local temperatures and time of day. Rain would likely fry it also as they may not have designed it for outdoor use. Even if covered, condensation from morning dew could corrode the circuits. Actual outdoor lcds are a separate tech and are made especially for real bicycles and are properly weather proofed.
@@Zuckerpuppekopf all this is moot. I don’t have a TV outside, and I’m not going to put one there. My point is - not everyone has the luxury of having a big screen TV at hand. Yes, it’s preferable, but not always possible. And - I live in California, lol. Weather forecast for the foreseeable future is … sunny.
@@GrandmARKGamerLady But the vast majority of people do. World Bank stats show 2746 TVs per 1000 people in the US, and almost none of them are now CRT types...nearly all now are flat screen. In fact all commercial CRT TV sales ended by 2007. So it is indeed a moot point, as it is speculative fancy rather than reality to suggest someone may not have a flat screen TV already.
Sooo if you’re like me and mainly use weights, elliptical, Running in place/hit the floor, and heavy bags for your normal workout and are looking for some versatility the Tour de France is fine
I would love to see a review of a bike that sort of splits the difference- something superior to the Costco bike but less of an investment that the peloton
I went with the proform and can't imagine why anyone would do it differently. Peloton is simply just a ripoff in my opinion and a workout is what you put into it...
Thanks for the thorough review. I went to the Costco website to order it and was alarmed to read the reviews. Even reviews for the $999 model averaged ~2.2 stars and both models had a lot of buyer horror stories.
But aren’t magnetic flywheels also used in many other pieces of equipment like rowers, elliptical, etc? I feel like other pieces we own also have this technology.
How does the Costco tour de France cbc compare to the proform carbon cx? Are they the same bike in different colors or is there differences between them?
They definitely need to add are a sleep option.. you have to unplug and replug it everytime. It goes to some wallpaper screen but in the manual it says you have to unplug it to avoid electrical wear
One thing I'd like clarified though, as it is was quite important when I was thinking of buying one of these, is what exactly does the PAID content cover in the different apps? This is crucially important as I don't want the bike to suddenly be have no display while exercising just because I don't want a subscription. A limited free subscription should be read as a paid subscription ... a buyer NEEDS to know what functionality is going to drop out without the subscription. Is the basic ride data still displayed on the app with or without the subscription? Is the subscription just for "ride classes" (which don't interest me that much)? Or does the app cease to function without the subscription, leaving you to just cycle through the ride data one number at a time while riding (which is a real distraction while riding). BTW I think your vids are the best anyway since you are much more comprehensive in your evaluation, however, it could be a wee bit better...
It is strange not to have the resistance knob right in the middle where the other bikes put them. I guess if you don't want to shell out all that money for the Peloton this would be a decent alternative. I see Costco also sells a Pro Foam Tour de France CTC bike for $1000, currently sold out, Comes with a 10 inc screen and 2 3lb weights. That would be an interesting review, but you're running out of room.. and money :) .. thanks for doing these..keeps us up to date.
Thanks for the info, I bought the pro form TDF at Costco a few days ago, on my third work out, it started doing a popping sound at every revolution in the crank hub, very annoying and distracting ☹️any idea what it could be and how to fix?
Hey mr.or SirBikesAlot .am liking your videos .thete fun to see .they bikes look so So good probably.Something real good .& Easy to get back in shape Like.
I haven't been able to get this bike since the start of the Pandemic. Now Costco doesn't even have it listed online anymore. Maybe I should head down to the warehouse and see if they have it.
We.called.& Asked when they expected shipment of.the proform..once we had date..called.everyday to see.if it was shipped & called until.we.found they were in. Only got 3 in & got down tjere.to get the last one. Whew! We.love.it so.far!
You should put power meter pedals on both bikes and measure the difference. It sounds like I wouldn’t even get a workout with such low resistance on the pro form. You haven’t even talked about FTP / Powerzones or the leaderboard and community of Peloton.
You're right, I could have been even more thorough. In terms of power I am thinking the best way to measure max is to put it to max resistance on each and see what cadence number I can achieve at max resistance side by side, what do you think about that?
@@TailHappyTV 1 looks like you’re comparing a lot of bikes. Seems worthwhile to invest in one set of power pedals to measure all the bikes accurately. (Also comparing clip in pedals to toe cages will also impact things - more accurate to compare using clip in pedals on both bikes even if not power meter pedals) 2 but if you don’t want to do that, look at what it says for watts and convert that to peloton’s kj output See: www.iglprinting.com/faq-returns-and-refunds/schwinn-ic4-schwinn-ic8-and-bowflex-c6-conversions/ 3 comparing the bikes is one thing but it’s also important to compare the community. Two gyms might have the same or similar equipment but if one has better instructors/trainer or it’s where your friends go or it has the gym vibe you like better then that probably matters more than the equipment. The fact that peloton is popular means it has a big and diverse community with fun stuff always going on to keep you motivated. It’s like the popular club where all the ‘cool kids’ go but there’s no long lines or dress code, just a semi steep cover charge ;)
Is the max resistance really too low? That’s the only thing that makes me doubt on buying. I am not a pro biker or anything, have just always liked a good spinning session
Do you - or anyone else - have any comments on the durability of the ProForm - four months post - video? Can you download the fit to a laptop and put it on a table near the bike??
What is a good bike that is in the lower price range but doesn’t have the low handlebar problem you mention? I don’t like it when the handlebars don’t come up high enough
Could you please suggest an alternate seat for the Schwinn IC3 exercise bike that has a wider more comfy seat, as well as decent padded shorts for women?? Please!
Anita Bratcher Walmart has wide, soft Schwinn seats as well as other styles. Target may have some as well. I paid 29.99 at Walmart to use on my Peloton. I'm pretty sure it will work on your bike.
You compared the proform with the Peloton ongoing fee but IMO you didn't compare them accurately. Just like the Proform you don't have to subscribe to Peleton and the bike will still work. If you want the classes though iFit is $15/month (after the included year) and Peleton is $39/month (from the start I guess). so there is an ongoing fee for the proform albeit less than Peloton. And it looks like you can't use iFit at all w/out a subscription (please correct me if I'm wrong but after signing up for an account I couldn't do anything in the app (didn't activate the bike)) so onscreen display would only be the builtin screen and the difference would be greater there than if you didn't subscribe to peloton correct?

@@AnthonyDalBen thank you! That was the last thing that was holding me back. If I had to buy a tablet, it would of eaten a little bit into the deal from getting the bike. Let’s hope Costco has it in stock like they did this morning
Great video !!! Thanks for taking the time. I was contemplating on a peleton, sounds like the Proform would get the job done.
The Peloton is amazing. If you decide on it you can use 3F7U2A to get $100 off.
I asked for this review yessss! So excited
Thank you!! You just saved me $2,000 bucks!!!!
Awesome to see a review from a fellow tall person! Easier to make a decision regarding he!ight specific needs after watching this video. Thanks so much!
Awesome, thank you!
The Costco bike went on sale for $299 today so I ordered one! I don't think the Peloton is 8x better, which is the price difference!
was it monthly sale or a local sale? is it still on?
Actually, if you watch Pelo Buddy there is a setting through the screen on the peloton for the auto adjust during live classes.
Proform makes excellent stuff with great customer service. I just bought a Proform spx500 bike for $300 and currently own a Proform Carbon TL treadmill. Peleton is nice, but I feel they're overpriced.
My sis wants to purchase the pro form treadmill but will need someone to assemble. I purchased mine from sears years ago and it was assembled by them.
How is your spx doing for you now? I want to buy one but everything has mixed reviews
@@Ontheish still works great.
I’m obsessed with plants!
thanks! wait til you see the growth progress of the plants in my new video in a day or two!
Thanks for the video man! I’ve been keeping an eye for bikes for my home gym for a few weeks and had a hard time finding any good reviews besides peloton. Your video made me realize I don’t fit in the peloton group because I just want a bike to use 1) my Apple Watch 2) iPhone and 3) Apple Fitness+
Went out and purchased the ProForm Tour de France and just got my butt kicked on my first ride. One thing for sure, you can’t use an iPad if you want to use Apple Fitness+. But it works fine with the iPhone 👍. Thank you!
What do you mean it works with the iPhone and not the iPad?
This is a great video comparing and contrasting the two. Thank you!
Bought a proform tour de France last week from Costco. It came with 2 weights and holders, just like the peleton.
Thanks for reviewing this. Big price difference.
You can’t put a price on triggering ones competitive spirit. There’s a reason why Peloton has such a mass following.
I love this comment!
Peloton is an overpriced piece of junk
When you're riding a stationary bike in your basement, who are you competing against?

My yesterday's self
My Review of the Bike+ experience so far: F-
Excellent Video.I just purchased the Pro-Form at Costco and so far so good.
The IFit Classes are no where comparable to Peloton! I just purchased a NordicTrack rower and received the iFit for 1 year, however I was so disappointed that there is no music in the classes! Love my Bike+ and Tread+ and will be happily selling the NordicTrack rower once Peloton comes out with one.
yeah, the ifit music is pretty meh, however, i actually really enjoyed the scenic ride on the ifit with the s22i
That's the only thing I'm not liking about the ifit app. I need MUSIC!! I like hearing the motivation from the trainers but I need music! I have to put my headphones on but then I can't hear him speaking when to do what next. Ifit needs to fix that
That is why I love costco
C’mon Rosa, you know you love Costco for their free samples!
I do. And i find myself buying that product usually.
You love Costco because of their hotdogs, and the pop
Thanks! Very good job. I'm happy that I have the tour de France CBC one .. I like it and your overview just help me to use it better for next workout. Thanks!!!!!
nice, check out the S22i i have, its the big brother of the Proform you bought. enjoying the outdoor cycling rides on it! happy riding!
Thx. i really wanted/needed this review as I had ruled out the Costco bike and will now consider it.
If you decide on Peloton you can use promo code 3F7U2A to get $100 off!
I love you man! I literally though about buying and before I did I thought come on here and I’m so happy I did can’t wait for it to come now xx
I bought the peloton plus, was def more what I was looking for. The full experience with the trainers and theme classes keep it from being a coat hanger. I gladly pay more for something I will actually use.
CAN YOU USE THE PROFORM WITH ZWIFT?
Except I don't have the bike in the house. My spin bike is out by the pool. No TV out there.
Do you know how much the I Fit program is after the year is over?
Sooo if you’re like me and mainly use weights, elliptical, Running in place/hit the floor, and heavy bags for your normal workout and are looking for some versatility the Tour de France is fine
I would love to see a review of a bike that sort of splits the difference- something superior to the Costco bike but less of an investment that the peloton
I just got my Proform and kept wondering why I couldn’t get my resistance to work 🤦🏻♀️ no wonder. Thanks for the heads up that it’s only digitally.
I wish he stated what max resistance on pro form felt to be equivilant to the resistance number on the pelotón?
I think he mentioned in his other video on adjusting the max resistance of the ProForm, that after the mod it felt in the 70-80 range of the Peloton.
Does the Proform have a computer that shows your distance and speed as you're riding? ...without being connected to iFit?
Thanks!
So the preform is better for beginners?
I went with the proform and can't imagine why anyone would do it differently. Peloton is simply just a ripoff in my opinion and a workout is what you put into it...
Thanks for sharing, you may like my next video!
Lol you can’t imagine why people would spend their money differently from you huh
is that a humidifier or AC unit? the white and gray thing behind the pro form bike

Can you use the ProForm bike as a stationary cycling trainer vs. spin classes?
Of course
How do you replace the battery?
Thanks for the thorough review. I went to the Costco website to order it and was alarmed to read the reviews. Even reviews for the $999 model averaged ~2.2 stars and both models had a lot of buyer horror stories.
typically people that leave reviews on sites like costco will be negative. 60 reviews and costco has sold 10,000's.
Probably peloton employees

Waiting for Peloton to sue Proform. Peleton will be claiming they invented the concept of magnetism and flywheels.
😂😂 LOL, sounds about right James, based on all the drama I've been seeing
@@TailHappyTV That's why I ordered the Sunny bike. I didn't want to wake up one day to find out my bike had been shut off.
But aren’t magnetic flywheels also used in many other pieces of equipment like rowers, elliptical, etc? I feel like other pieces we own also have this technology.

...what’s the best bike for the price point based on your experience?
I love my peloton and if you get one you won’t be sorry! You can use this promo code for $100 off 3F7U2A
One thing I'd like clarified though, as it is was quite important when I was thinking of buying one of these, is what exactly does the PAID content cover in the different apps?
Yes this is my same question!
Thanks for the review! Would this work for a 5' person?
I'm 4'11" and it works for me

It is strange not to have the resistance knob right in the middle where the other bikes put them. I guess if you don't want to shell out all that money for the Peloton this would be a decent alternative. I see Costco also sells a Pro Foam Tour de France CTC bike for $1000, currently sold out, Comes with a 10 inc screen and 2 3lb weights. That would be an interesting review, but you're running out of room.. and money :) .. thanks for doing these..keeps us up to date.
Where did you find that price on the proform? I only see for under $800
I have the proform and I love it. I am sure I would love the Pelton, but not willing to pay that price
Can I use my iPhone instead of the iPad?
I'm more interested in what is that white thing behind the Pro form? Is it a heater? Where did you get it?
Air purifier :)
I ended up, buying a canyon Rd bike for over 1,500 and a wahoo smart trainer, so I get a bike for outdoors and indoors.

That’s the same thing I did a year ago. Unfortunately once I got out of the routine I haven’t been able to get back into it.
Thanks for the review!!
You bet!
If you cannot get a peloton what should you buy?
Thanks for the info, I bought the pro form TDF at Costco a few days ago, on my third work out, it started doing a popping sound at every revolution in the crank hub, very annoying and distracting ☹️any idea what it could be and how to fix?
Same deal on the proform CX! About ready to kick it yo the curb after a short time!
Does this work with Zwift or TrainerRoad?
Peloton all the way 🤚
Peloton is the better bike, if you can afford to spend 6x the $ you'll probably like it more
Hey mr.or SirBikesAlot .am liking your videos .thete fun to see .they bikes look so So good probably.Something real good .& Easy to get back in shape Like.

@@rebeher14 Thank you Rtarr! Picked one up thru the website.
@@TailHappyTV
1 looks like you’re comparing a lot of bikes. Seems worthwhile to invest in one set of power pedals to measure all the bikes accurately. (Also comparing clip in pedals to toe cages will also impact things - more accurate to compare using clip in pedals on both bikes even if not power meter pedals)
2 but if you don’t want to do that, look at what it says for watts and convert that to peloton’s kj output
See: www.iglprinting.com/faq-returns-and-refunds/schwinn-ic4-schwinn-ic8-and-bowflex-c6-conversions/
3 comparing the bikes is one thing but it’s also important to compare the community.
Can I get clip in pedals for the pro form bike?
I think the clip is already on the pedal.. I have the older pro form and mine has it.. I’ve had it for three years snd no issues
