Hi Kristen, thank you for your in-depth review. It was really helpful, as you included pros and cons, and covered the aspects of the bike that people would want to know when shopping for the right bike. Together with your written review on your website, it helped me to decide to get this bike. There are so many choices out there and choosing the right one can be overwhelming, so your content is really amazing and a great resource! Thanks 😊
This bike was really easy to assemble th-cam.com/users/postUgkxMesz3KOGEmwmvyKQfLfrRSUXLFzfVHZA and required very few adjustments out of the box. The wheels did not require any truing/adjustments. The frame had some small scratches, but nothing major.I did replace the seat though - the seat it came with was very uncomfortable. The tires need to be re-inflated every 4-5 days, but this appears to be quite common for the narrow 700x25 tires.Overall, in my opinion, this bike looks and rides like a much more expensive bike.
Also what i would like to know if you havent got Blue toth conected or the screen switched on can you still adjust the resistance.cause if you cant then that would be the biggest fault.if the screen was of then how can you adjust the resistance
Oddly enough the not being able to use 3rd party is why I wound up picking one of these up when they were on special this past month. I spent a couple months trying to research and find a bike that would work with Zwift because it looked like a lot of fun and would keep me engaged. My 5 year old low tech Nautilus bike is finally starting to crap out on me as I'm wearing out physical parts on the bike and I really wanted to get something that would use Zwift. There's so much conflicting info out there about which smart bikes can use it, and then you'll find one that supposedly works, but then find out you have to go down some reddit rabbit hole to jailbreak the included screen/tablet and it's just an insane amount of extra work. After about 3 days of research I still had almost no answers and most of the bikes that could be compatible were in the $1800-3000 range so it would have just been too big of an investment. For $640ish(including tax) this seemed like an absolute deal and I'll probably pick up the HR monitor they have to go with it. I don't mind paying the monthly sub because most of the riding content looked pretty awesome and I know being able to ride in some of the locations in Europe, etc. will keep me motivated to ride.
I notice there isn't much said about the height of the users.I stand 6'2 and although I think it will work for me I think it is important to know that before the purchase.
Hi there, I think the answer is going to be yes but I wanted to confirm with you if you know the answer. Since you mentioned the saddle is probably not the most comfortable one, can I install my own road saddle?
I was excited to get this bike, but unfortunately the bike never functioned, even after multiple repair visits. I ended up returning the bike but the company still charged me for a installation of a broken bike.
Do you know for the google map ride, if we got the bike without the screen (same company) and just used a tablet can we still do that ride? And map out a route on google maps?
Yes, you will still be able to do the Google Maps rides, the only thing is that your bike won't automatically adjust he resistance to match the terrain of the ride. In our opinion that's typically fine and not anything to be worried about, you can adjust the resistance as you like.
Thank you so much for the in-depth review it was very helpful! If you don’t mind sharing how tall are you? Trying to determine hand bar height for myself. Thanks!
Thnk you.. Unfortunately my husband just purchased this for us. I am 4 11 & cannot ride comfortably even with the seat lowered & forward all the way. Very unfortunate
The seat lifts up and down and also slides forward and back. It should work for users of most sizes from 4'11" - 6'5". The handlebars can be a bit low if you are tall, however. They don't raise as high as the seat.
Hey Kristen, great review, thank you. I’m 5’8 (174cm) in height with a long torso so generally sit in the fitness position on my bike. Do you think this would be suitable?
Hi my partner is 6ft tall which is 183cm would this be suitable for him to also use? I’ll be adding this to my collection if it is :) I already have the Nordictrack treadmill which is amazing but as I’m already 6 months pregnant I think the running will need to be cut back a little, however, husband would love to use it too :)
Yes, this is a great exercise bike. Our only reservation with this model is the handlebars don't raise very high, so taller riders may find it a bit confining. However, I'm 5'5" and I love this bike. It fits me great.
If you’re someone 5’ or under, this bike isn’t for you. Also just be aware, you’re going to return the product, they charge hefty return fees and processing that’s about 30% of the total purchase. They’re will help you to buy the product but they’ll get you for a price of return. They have no description of height requirements to use this. The seat is as narrow as it can be so if you’re not a professional bike rider then this isn’t for you.
None of the bike screens are designed to allow you to watch NetFlix. If you want to watch NetFlix, I recommend getting a bike that doesn't have an attached screen. The Sole bikes and Bowflex C6 all have tablet holders attached so you can watch whatever you want on your tablet. You can also put your bike in front of a TV and watch that way.
@@TreadmillReviewGuru Bowflex Velocore has streaming services integrated. You should review the Velocore for people who want streaming, it kind of supports zwift but needs a second screen and it leans. The lean kind of helps work core a little. I dislike lack of automatic resistance adjustment.
@@misokatsu99 Awesome! We have the Velocore in our studio and hope to get a review done in the next few weeks. Just to clarify, do you have to subscribe to Bowflex's JRNY app to get the streaming service? That is our understanding. If you own it and can clarify that would be great.
Don't buy Proform bike.. They don't' have incline/decline. Most high intensity studio workouts in iFit have the trainer adjusting resistance AND incline.. Proform doesn't have incline/decline, so the workouts end up being way too easy.
I love the s22i too but I resistance adjustment is the most important rather than incline. I like incline for helping keep interest. Only Nordictrack does incline and only Bowflex Velocore does leaning side to side. each has their own plus and minus.
For 600 I almost think it's worth it. But at this stage they are making massive profits off their subs. There is no reason they can justify 40 bucks a month.
I've been MTBing for years and use this bike to keep myself strong in the saddle but my hand constantly go numb on this bike no matter what I do. Very disappointed.
It's probably because the handlebars don't raise high enough. On the Pro 22, we've noticed the handlebars are set low. Maybe throwing a towel or small blanket over the handlebars may help? Sorry to hear you're frustrated, but thank you for the feedback. It's helpful to other potential buyers.
@@TreadmillReviewGuru I actually lifted the bars above the last notch/locked position and just had them resting in the slot be had the same issue. Honestly it's a bad design and I end up moving my hands around a lot on the bars but the numbness is consistent in every position.
Terrible bike. The touchscreen went out rendering it useless when out of warranty. Because there is no touchscreen, there is no way to change the resistance.. yes it can be ridden. So can a cheaper bike without a touchscreen that controls everything. When the software breaks causing the screen to repeatedly reboot, don't worry about calling customer service. They sound very friendly while helping you unplug and replug in the bike. Beyond that, they are pretty useless.

This is an excellent review in my opinion. Very thorough. It really helped me make the decision to buy this one. Thanks.
Thanks for your feedback!
Me and my wife just got this. Looking forward to trying it out!

Can you access Apple Fitness+ content on the screen?

Can you please review the Bowflex velocore? Watched your video on the Nordic track s15i and loved it ❤
Thank you! We actually have that video scheduled to publish today so make sure to watch for it. 😁
This bike looks good in grey the size perfect the wheel and the weight that's what eye want to feel
How tall are you? Dose the bike show watts? Thanks you
I’m in debate what to buy this bike seems ammmmmazing and scenery riding outside is huge plus

@@TreadmillReviewGuru Thank you very much your video is by far the best on this bike I have seen
Wonder how this compares to the S22i?
22i is better for biking. It has auto decline and incline

Really? That is unfortunate!
Beside the larger screen is there any difference between this and the regular 10 in pro-form bike?
Not really, they are very similar.
Is the seat adjustable? I have one but can't use it because the seat is too low.

can the in class instructor change your resistance automatically?
Yes - iFit has automated resistance so it will adjust based on the class routine or outdoor typography. However, you can override this at any time.
Can you change the seat saddle??
Plus that bike looks So good
How i turn off
Unplug it. Kind of strange but that is how it works.
Would you recommend this to someone who’s really not that active. I’ve been looking at all the videos on this and am very interested
