I feel like chris was originally a camera man or the sound guy behind the scenes and the original interviewer didnt turn up so they just got the sound guy to interview for the day and it turned out good
this guy is actually better than most at interviews. Most interviews are so forced and boring, not to mention awkward. This guy knows it and plays off it. It's actually brilliant
It's a bit bloody obvious what Robert meant by "if my luck changes don't forget me". He's basically saying if he were in a less privileged situation he'd be fine with going on a night out with Chris and his mates.
I think it was a bit tongue in cheek, but he meant because Chris thought so highly of him, he hoped he'd still have his good opinion if he weren't famous.
+edithcooby yeah i think he didn't mean itin a bad way. He only meant it like you said, that if he's not as famous he'd still behave and think of him in the same way.
@@vivavaldez87 Can you explain a little more how it's not the same? Because as I recall, Ricky Gervais had a goofy friend named Karl who he thought would be hilarious to interview on his podcast and so he did. Here you have a talk show host with a goofy friend who he thinks it would be hilarious to throw into interviews with famous people and so he did. Same concept. To say that one is an act is to assume that it is in some way staged or scripted. It's not. It's 2 genuinely awkward people intentionally put into awkward situations to make people laugh.
"We share the same last name"... (facepalm) YOUR CHARACTER AND I share... blah blah -_- Poor Robert's eyes lit up - probably thought he meant Downey LOL
At the end when he says "remember me if my luck changes" he means besides the uneasiness and nerves that Chris had speaking to him he felt flattered that Chris would even put him on this incredibly unreachable podium that he has found himself on. Because if you look at Robert pre "Ironman" and even "Kiss kiss bang bang" he was working incredibly hard once he got back in the game and would have never found himself as being a huge Hollywood hotshot like Chris is seeing him as.
Totally love the way Chris asks really long questions and then doesn't give RDJ the chance to answer them before the next question comes out. Chris Stark...... you are a legend! Bring on the next one PLEASE.
Hahah, I love how it looks like Robert in the Iron man poster is looking at Chris throughout the video like "You've gotta be kiddin' me…" Especially in 7:50 >_
At the end when he says "remember me if my luck changes" he means besides the uneasiness and nerves that Chris had speaking to him he felt flattered that Chris would even put him on this incredibly unreachable podium that he has found himself.
Dan I think you're rightIm shy myself, the fast pace talking and his tone of voice,, the stuttering he seems really fragile in front of Robert Downey Jr
My drink exploded all over my mouth and I'm in fucking tears. "Were you naked in the suit?" He set it up so beautifully as well. This man is a comic genius.
Please please please get Chris interviewing more celebs!! his interviews are so entertaining and I bet the celebs love having a change from the same old questions - LOVE IT!! Keep going Chris :)
i love this fuckin kid, finally someone who isnt afraid to ask the tuff questions! i wondered if he was naked in the suit. cheers chris id go out for a pint with you and sir doser
Thank you for your comment! I really do hope that one day in the near future that Johnny Depp and Robert Downey Jr. will team up to do a film together specifically a action-adventure thriller or an Epic Fantasy-thriller.
Chris Starks interviews are good i think becasue every other single interviews are the same questions like" are you single" or "did you like playing that character" i think his interviews are good :) thumbs up to Chris x
You can tell who all the non-British people are commenting as they don't get this at all! It's supposed to be funny, the reason they're doing it is because Chris is to put Chris in an awkward situation and get him to say funny stuff and Scot Mills isn't an 'asshole', he's pretending to be like that as part of the show, it's all part of the joke.
Lol chris is kinda cool, but he's a thick as a post... seriously. :) "Don't forget me if my luck changes" meaning, the entire interview you saw me as my character in a movie, and gave me a shirt with the name 'stark' on it saying that was my name... you failed to see me as Robert Downey Jr at all... and if my luck changes and i'm not in showbuisness anymore, you won't even know who i am...
"Remember me if my luck changes" means be kind to him even when his success ends, since he noticed that Chris puts him on such a high pedestal just because of fame.
You could view this (and the Kunis) one from two viewpoints: either from the technical, in which case it's horrible or the viewpoint of amusement, which is arguably the most important and in which case it's fantastic. This is what I want to see in an interview! Not the constantly rechewed questions other interviewers throw at the actor and which probably have uninspired answers.
Absolutely! you know I once had a movie idea in mind that took place in late 19th century London (1899 to be exact) where a 15 year old girl and her 6 year old brother who are teleported magical world where they meet a magician/thief, a knight, and a few others who join them on their quest to find a magical artifact that could lead the two home but an evil sorcerer stands in their way. I would like to see Depp and Downey Jr play in something like that.
Scott was trying to encourage Chris Stark by reviewing whole interview. Seriously, Chris was too nervous to ask specific question, but RDJ was listening patiently and trying to understand the intention of Chris' speech. RDJ was such a nice guy and humorous.
I'm on a Chris Stark marathon
Arokingzaz Me too. Haha
Oh man man I'm in tears. What a lad XD
That's what I am doing right now lol... looks like your getting a comment a year about this lol
I’m 4 months early but same
6 years later and I'm the latest on the Chris stark content train
I feel like chris was originally a camera man or the sound guy behind the scenes and the original interviewer didnt turn up so they just got the sound guy to interview for the day and it turned out good
So true. He is a legend though
Jajaja, this comment make my day.
this interview style is actually really effective way of eliciting interesting facts
This kid is so awkward he's starting to become my favorite reporter
all he does is talk about his friends
this guy is actually better than most at interviews. Most interviews are so forced and boring, not to mention awkward. This guy knows it and plays off it. It's actually brilliant
Downey's last words in the interview were the best.
KEEP THROWING HIM IN!!!!!!!!!!! These are priceless
"Don't forget about me if my luck changes" He said that because he considers himself lucky to be Ironman and he actually loves being Ironman.
It's a bit bloody obvious what Robert meant by "if my luck changes don't forget me". He's basically saying if he were in a less privileged situation he'd be fine with going on a night out with Chris and his mates.
***** what how?
I think it was a bit tongue in cheek, but he meant because Chris thought so highly of him, he hoped he'd still have his good opinion if he weren't famous.
+edithcooby yeah i think he didn't mean itin a bad way. He only meant it like you said, that if he's not as famous he'd still behave and think of him in the same way.
Oh ........... how adorable. What's cuter than a goofy interviewer who looks like an innocent boy?
It makes me laugh how they just throw him into these things to see what'll happen. It's like Karl Pilkington all over again.
How you can compare this to the creator of Monkey News is beyond me. Shame on you!
@@vivavaldez87 Same concept
Karl wasn't conceptualised. He isn't an act. It was all a complete accident.

@@vivavaldez87 The first interview wasn't either. The other two were planned
"Dude where's Watford"
lol
His bloody mates....
Gotta love Dicko & Sir Dosser
and Watford :D
Don't forget the convict
"We share the same last name"... (facepalm) YOUR CHARACTER AND I share... blah blah -_- Poor Robert's eyes lit up - probably thought he meant Downey LOL
He needs to do more of these!
I love chris, he is too funny
Chris Stark is a hero!...
He always pulls it back to his mates, absolutely love it!
I love these interviews that chris does, cracks me up every time I listen to them. This should be done more. Chris you legend
They need to keep letting this kid do interviews, he is 100% pure gold.
This guy having a chat with Karl pilkington would be mesmerising 😂
At the end when he says "remember me if my luck changes" he means besides the uneasiness and nerves that Chris had speaking to him he felt flattered that Chris would even put him on this incredibly unreachable podium that he has found himself on. Mills reaction to when he asks the naked question is just hilarious!
Totally love the way Chris asks really long questions and then doesn't give RDJ the chance to answer them before the next question comes out.

I absolutely LOVE Scott's reactions! I had the same exact feeling
After seeing the Aniston interview I was sure he was acting and the awkward guy is just a character but now I'm not sure anymore.
I think he just grew up in the time between he interviewed her and these ones.
I actually rarely cringed that much in a time span of only 15 minutes...
But I did enjoy it a lot!
These are the best interviews, keep it up Chris!
RDjr is my fave celebrity ever
i just love it! you make interviews fun! other interviews are just boring!!
omfg this is pure gold Chris omg you are amazing
this guys clearly isn't the sharpest tool in the box, but his interviews are so accidentally funny!
Or maybe he's so smart that he knows his life would be easier acting like that
maybe he's just really shy
Dan I think you're rightIm shy myself, the fast pace talking and his tone of voice,, the stuttering he seems really fragile in front of Robert Downey Jr
you saying that makes you sound 100 times more stupid lol
I don't think he's stupid at all.
My drink exploded all over my mouth and I'm in fucking tears.
"Were you naked in the suit?"
He set it up so beautifully as well. This man is a comic genius.
Scott Mills clearly hates watching this kid put on more enjoyable interviews than himself
Love these so much. More, more, more!
Please please please get Chris interviewing more celebs!! his interviews are so entertaining and I bet the celebs love having a change from the same old questions - LOVE IT!! Keep going Chris :)
Haha great stuff Chris, enjoyed that immensely, keep it up!!
This is like funniest thing ever! I love Chris
This guy may be the most brilliant interviewer ever!
this really just makes me very happy YOU GO CHRIS STARK!
This is just the best show.
He looked so nervous, but can't wait to see more of these!
He handed over his Watford shirt... " A gutsy move"
He's so good looking and awesome xD

Best interviewer!!
Amazing. Well done Chris
I love Chris he cracks me up.
i love this fuckin kid, finally someone who isnt afraid to ask the tuff questions! i wondered if he was naked in the suit. cheers chris id go out for a pint with you and sir doser
Chris Stark is basically a young Karl Pilkington before life took its toll & beat all the wonder & optimism out of him.
Finally, some one who understands! That was a very touching moment in the interview, as awkward as it all was.
this is an epic interview!
"Were you naked in the suit" is actually a very interesting question tbh xD
I never laughed this much. Chris I love you! This is such a funny and brilliant interview hah!
I love chris omg hes the realest person on earth i swear
Chris should do all of the interviews.
Thank you for your comment! I really do hope that one day in the near future that Johnny Depp and Robert Downey Jr. will team up to do a film together specifically a action-adventure thriller or an Epic Fantasy-thriller.

Chris Stark is just an average person they chose to do interviews, and that's why the interviews are so entertaining to watch! XD
This was hilarious. Chris needs to do more interviews aha
I can't watch this through without cringing to death... though I love Chris omg :']
I want another !!
I love you, Chris Stark haha >_< Possibly the best and most hilarious interview ever!
Cringey cringey :)) but awesome at the same time :))
Lmao i love that Scott screams NOO almost everytime he pauses the interview
Stark interviewed Stark.....
nice comment Robert : don't forget me when my luck change
This was so much more painful than the last time but yet again, it was amazing.
THIS IS AMAZING!!!!
Don't forget me if my luck changes. If he suddenly loses all his fame, he's saying Chris should give him the honor of another interview.
Chris loves this jumper its in loads of the videos :)
did anyone else have to pause this and take a deep breath before watching some parts of the interview?
I love chris :D he cracks me up.
I think he meant ,even if he is at a low point in his career ,don't forget him.
Brilliant.
such a legend
'Basically I shouldn't be there' He took the piss out of Chris a little, this is hilarious!

This man is the Carl Pilkington of interviews. I'm not even sure if I mean that in a good or bad way.
The t-shirt thing had me in stitches...xD
at least its a interview Robert Downey Jr probably wont forget
i love him
i love chris though he's adorable
You could try and use the beta version of featherlight youtube for a while If it is just lagging.
Chris stark is Tony's and Pepper's love child in Iron Man. Chris is so great as a method actor he lives his role.
Massive lads !!
im a huge fan of rdj as tony stark so name myself Chris Stark cuz everyone call me Chris..😂😂😂
Scott was trying to encourage Chris Stark by reviewing whole interview. Seriously, Chris was too nervous to ask specific question, but RDJ was listening patiently and trying to understand the intention of Chris' speech. RDJ was such a nice guy and humorous.
