Kinemaster, Inshot, Pixellab & Pinterest. What do you mean by effects? Is it the dust effect? If it's what you're asking for, just search on yt "Dust overlay" then pick one that suits your taste and go to chrome to download it next is go to Kinemaster (If you're using it), find the "Blending" and experiment on the choices/options below. Try the "Overlay" first and if it didn't work just choose the other options as well. Sorry for the bad grammar, English is not really my first language, btw Thank you for watching!🥰
