What you should consider before buying an Amok Draumr 5.0

Another quick friday night camp. This time I brought 2 hammocks so that I can show and share my thoughts on what the ups and downs of the Amok Draumr is. Note, this is just my opinion, based on the nights spent in it so far.
I also brought, and spent the night in, my Warbonnet XLC more traditional type gathered end hammock for comparison purposes.
Hope you will find my thoughts useful as you make up your own mind if the Amok is for you or not...one thing is for sure, it i a very comfortable hammock to lay in, once you get into it!

Review, might be a strong word for my thoughts in this video, but sharing some of my experience might help someone who is interested in this hammock system....
I strongly recommend trying it out before purchase if you have the opportunity, i got mine second hand from someone who only used it for a handfull of occasions, tarp wasn't even unpacked. 🙂

Question to everyone!, I also have the Haven tent Standard version, would you be interested in some of my thoughts on that one and how it compares to the Amok and the more traditional type gathered end hammock such as in my case the Warbonnet XLC?
