if you know C#, then you are better off than most, I would say just try doing some small projects in c++ (doesnt have to be game reversing related) to learn syntax.

Idk if you still read these comments, but I have a problem. My game crashes whenever I inject the dll and its writing the value, I tried to comment out the writing and it worked normal. I also tried sleeping the writing but still crashing.

Good tutorual, works fine with digits, but I have problem with string. I read game console input as a char* and change it in hack, but in game changes only first symbol. Need use string or change using loop?

just use hazedumper and take the offset and make your own netvar. Hazedumper is in c++ but the offset stays the same no matter what language your using
