I already have smart watches and wanna buy G shock but looking at Trex 2, now i am confused if i shall go for G shock or Trex 2 only regarding design. I'm a G-Shock guy too but the Garmin Instinct 2 goes well with my mostly all black G-shocks. I don't like Amazfit and TRex branding on the watch as it looks pretty goofy. But nevertheless it's a very capable and sturdy watch.
Lim i have a request, when u r reviewing this watch, try to set on some kind of sport on workout menu that have auto pause/resume mode, i used to set it on running outdoor n cycling outdoor on my bip u pro.. the problem is it keeps auto resuming when i rest/stop.. even when i remove the watch from my wirst.. i deduce that the auto resume happened because of the gps was unable to lock the position n keep jumping around.. so the system "think" that i resume the workout.. if that problem is not happening on this flagship watch then i will need an upgrade.. thanks allot 👍

I dont like it its just not for me. I only had 1 fitness band till now. ( Which i lost in trampoline park recently) i wore it all day everyday. Main purpose was sleep tracking. This looks too huge and expensive too. I need to buy something now.. idk what to buy

The quality of material is much much much better on any Gshock … T Rex has cheap materials… I never changed the strap or belt of any G Shock but for the Tx Rex I got to do it after 2 years of use (I have many watches) the sensors are not fair, they run faster than the normal … disappointing review

The price point is good as well. G Shock had an actual smartwatch but it's like $600. It's the GSW-H1000 running Google wear OS.

First T - Rex had really big issues about accuracy! Heart beat ratio, calories, paces etc. I hope this one will be much better
